(The person was late and I never got a call to tell me they were even coming. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But she was actually a passenger and either way should have called a manager for them to reach out to me, I digress...) But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.

Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. I called and they were about to close but the owner allowed me to come in the next morning an hour prior to them opening, which was amazing. Upon arrival, the place was spacious and very clean. My tech was cleaning the pedicure chair I was going to be using. His name was Si. He wore gloves and masks the whole time. I was able to get my pedi and gel mani in the same chair, thus not having to move around while the place got busier. Si was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He took his time and did not rush the process even though the place was getting busier. I am extremely happy with the service. For services they have a menu and you can choose your experience. So, the price level is up to what you want. I would go back to Si at this location and this review reflects only his service and what I saw as far as cleanliness and space of the place. Extra thank you to the owner for being accommodating.

I normally come to this nail salon because of the quality of her product and the fact that it is usually very clean. The nail tech came to start on my nails while I was getting a pedicure, I explained to her that my nails are usually sensitive so please don't drill a lot, but she still drilled heavy. I also asked if she could taper my nails at an angle because I don't like the square shape. I hate the fact that they don't understand English but want to own a shop and hurt people, if you don't understand English, take the time and learn if you want to offer services to the public! Once she started adding the acrylic I said excuse me that is not what I asked you for, I wanted my nail to be tapered and not all this acrylic because now you have to drill a lot to get this down. This lady gets upset and scream across the room Taylor!! Then Taylor come over and say to the tech, she wanted her nails to be in the coffin shape; and then tell me that I should have told her that, I said I am not a nail technician this is what I pay you all for; after that Taylor the owner takes over and drilled heavy on my nails! She put acrylic all over my skin so much that my nails were burning underneath! This caused me severe pain! After treating me like this then charged me $160.00 for a horrific service!! let me tell you all, don't go to this nail salon!!!! The poor ladies in there are scared of the owner!! She orders them around!! I also have a picture of my finger. These people need to be locked up for hurting people!!!! I also had to go to another shop to have all of that mess removed!!!
