I came into Purity Nails with my parents on a Saturday afternoon, and they treated us great! While they do offer walk-ins, I called ahead to schedule a same-day appointment to ensue all three of us could be taken care of at the same time. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and directed to select our polishes. They were able to immediately seat us in the pedicure chairs and have a staff member work on us right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we got the manicures and pedicures we wanted. The pedicure was very typical to what you'd expect at any other nail salon, finished with hot towels wrapped around your shins. Tools they used were clean, and they had great attention to detail. I wasn't a fan of the massage chair, as it felt very weak and beeped every time I pressed a button. Wasn't awful, but I've experienced better. There's plenty of magazines to read and also a live television to watch while you are waiting (the local news was on when I was in). Purity Nails advertises their gift certificates, but those expire 6 months after purchase. If you end up getting one, I'd highly recommend paying very close attention to the expiration date! Their prices are great. They have three tiers of manicures and pedicures. At the lowest level, you can get a regular manicure for $12 and a spa pedicure for $22. I'm pretty sure there's a discount for the women's manicure and pedicure ($32 for the combo, but don't quote me on that). I only say that because a men's manicure and pedicure is $35, and the men's spa pedicure a la carte is $25 instead of $22 for women's. If you are looking for speed and an economical choice, this may be a good place. It's not exceptionally clean. My pedicure was done in like 30 minutes tops- it's fine, not perfect. It was $30 for the simple pedicure. read more

I've never dealt with such a rude, confrontational, ignorant, owner of a nail salon. PSA - AVOID #PurityNailsandSpaDaphne They are rude, poor service, terrible quality. This nail salon took advantage of two teenage girls, charged them $115 for this terrible work and refuse to refund them when asked. The manager is short tempered and refused to listen. When I asked to show her these pictures, she accrued me of damaging them to look that way. These pictures are taken right when she got home after that service. While visiting family, I was in need of a quick fill and paint. They got me in quite quickly and took care of me. The paint was good, but chipped after only a day. Was a bit disappointed in that, but it happens sometimes. I know that when my father was sick and unable to take care of his toes, the staff here took care of him and gave him pedicures. Went today to get my 17 year olds nails done for her bday. My 7 year old also wanted to get her nails painted. It was only $5 so why not. I left to pick up lunch came back and they were finished. Another lady checked us out. I left a tip and we left. As soon as we left my daughters started to tell me how the nail tech spilled nail polish on my daughters jacket sleeve. I immediately pulled over sure enough there is bright red nail polish on her coat sleeve. I asked what happened they said the nail tech tipped over the polish and when she reached to grab it the wand hit my daughters jacket sleeve. I called the salon to ask why I wasn't informed of this. They lied and tried to say my 7 year old pulled her hand away and made that happen. I then informed them my 17 year old was right next to her and told me the whole story how it had really happened. They said "ok sorry was an accident" I said it would have been nice for them to at minimum inform me what had happened and apologize. Even better to not charge us for painting their nails and accepte my tip knowing I had to go buy a new winter jacket now. But nope she literally laughed and said "so sorry". I asked one final time if they would be doing anything to make this right and informed her I would have to leave a bad review then. She said whatever you want to do lady . Totally shocked. Needless to say. Me and my daughters will not be returning to this salon. read more

Very sweet nail salon. They have some awesome techs! I had a terrible overlay done before I came and the tech allowed me to soak the nails off and he applied a brand new set, very sociable and made great eye contact.
