I was in the area and looking for a nail salon nearby. Stumble upon this one, I called and they told me they were able to see me right away, which I was thrilled by. I went in, they sat me right away start it to do my nails. To begin with, I showed the girl that was doing my nails a picture on Pinterest basic bubblegum pink square french. She put more like a clear pink color, which I wanted a bubblegum pink. I told her when I noticed that I wanted to be more like the picture, and I showed her again. She looked at it and added a different pink color on top of what she had already added and seemed bothered that I said something. So I didn't even say anything else. Once she completed the nail polish, she didn't even put lotion on my hands and left nail polish on my skin. She took me to go to the pedicure station and I noticed that the stations didn't have barriers. I already felt like I was irritating her, so I didn't say nothing again. Once she completed with my mani and pedicure, she told me go to the cash register and they'll take care of me. I ended up paying for everything, but once I got in the car, I realized they almost charged me $170 for a mani French and gel pedicure ! I didn't wanna say anything. I even gave her a 18% tip because I felt bad seeing her working while her daughter was eating McDonald's at the nail salon. The reason why I'm writing this review was because the fact that this nail salon wants to charge a person about $170 for a mani-pedi, French nails and polka dot toes. I've been to so many salons and I have never seen a upcharge like this, especially when they don't even give you complimentary drinks, not even water, unless you request for WATER. And they don't use barriers on their pedicure machine. On top of that I walked away with a bunch of nail polish on my skin, lumpy, thick acrylic on my fingers, uneven and rough skins on my soul. I was very upset and disappointed. This nail salon needs to make some changes. I will never be coming back to this salon again, but for their prices I do believe the person doing the nails should be really good, put some barriers in the pedicure stations and include in complimentary drinks. And it would also be nice if they would let you know for any up-charges before starting , like polka dots, like reshaping fees etc....

I was lucky enough to be seated with Malinda, and she was a joy from the very beginning! Warm smile, super friendly, and just easy to talk to. I wanted to do something a little different this time and go for a fall tone, and she helped me pick the perfect shade of brown. She even suggested adding a glass finish to give it a little extra pop and tested it on one nail first to make sure I liked it. The woman is truly an artist! My nails now look like the ultimate hot cocoa! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be asking for Melinda again.
