First of all they are super clean! Sparkling clean! Secondly they are very nice and speak English very well they communicate well so you get your nails done perfectly the way you want. I love my nails! If you want gaudy nail "art" they can do it ( personally I think it looks classless but to each their own lol) I always go for a straight up classic manicure in feminine colors sometimes red for Christmas, or a fall color, but whatever you want natural manicure, pedicure, gel, powder, acrylic or whatever they can do it. I've never left here unhappy with the attention and work given to my nails. They always do a great job! The TV rarely plays anything, but music tends to play overhead. Great genres and enjoyable songs to hear under frequent conversations. My Signature pedicure with gel (old gel removed, new gel applied) tends to cost me $88 if I pay with cash. (They charge you the credit card fee if you use a card so it's a little less expensive for you to bring cash to pay.) read more

After trying a few other nail salons in my area which placed my poor fingers through hell I've found French Tip. They are so polite and attentive they will listen to exactly how you want your nails done. They have also been patient and very accommodating to my eczema (which is on my hands and makes them very sensitive to acetone) and make sure to protect them and be gentle. Very wonderful service! Great experience with Donna for mani-pedi. She is gentle and thorough, a great combination. She is warm and personable, but doesn't talk for the sake of talking. I appreciate that. She goes beyond what is expected to match her personal standard. Flawless! Jen did a beautiful job cleaning up my brows. In fact, probably the best ever. I saw work area clean-up, wipe down and prep between customers which helped me see how they got a score of 100 from Board of Health. I like it that you can reserve an appointment time or walk-in with maybe a 30 min. wait, whichever works for you on that day. They do gel nails as well as regular mani/pedi and brow wax/pluck. The only thing I didn't like was FOX NEWS, but at least it had subtitled and sound muted. The only improvement I could offer is orange slices rub on legs and offer free beverages- water, soft drinks, wine. I had a simple manicure at this Spa a week ago. The girl who did it was nice, but in 4 days my nails were a mess, peeling and chipping and just looking ratty.. It seemed like she rushed thru it. The shop was very messy, dust everywhere. Towels looked like they had seen much better days. And noisy - you couldn't even carry on a conversation with the yacking and cell phone usage.
