I'm really disappointed with how my nails turned out. The length and shape aren't what I asked for, and the colors used don't match what I wanted at all. On top of that, the design looks messy and not done properly. read more

place is terrible don't recommend highly unfriendly poor work over priced took 2 hour for french tip with nobody in there

I got a full set manicure and pedicure and they were both wonderful and exactly what I asked for! The staff is very friendly and the shop is clean. Will definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend read more

Basic pedicure for upcoming trip. Right big toe was dug under to the point I had to jerk my foot back. Second toenail on left foot clipped on corner so short it bled and is extremely sore even w antibiotic creme! i truly think it was the first pedi this women had ever done! if i hadn't left town the next day i would have demanded my money back. I love Tracy. She will tackle any nail design from a photo and she's very sweet. She does a great job.

This is my first time coming here and sadly it will be my last. Where do I start? There were people who were serviced before me as walk ins while I was still waiting to be serviced. When I was serviced, I asked for a manicure to help replenish my nail bed from the dryness of the acetone and the owner told me she does that at the end. I asked how is the manicure performed at the end after the dip powder has been applied? She didn't answer me but I brushed it off. She started getting busy and asked me, "you're keeping your real nails right?" I was planning on getting nails put on but I just said yea, I can keep my nails. This wasn't a big deal to me but then she started filing and shaping my nail so quickly before asking me what shape I even wanted that she had filed it to short for the shape I was going to get. Lastly, the end product is bulky and poorly applied. Needless to say, this is not a salon to go to if you're looking for quality work. This is an in and out, like it or not place. The owner heard my complaints and never once tried to fix them. read more

I went to this salon around a few days ago. One of the ladies, her name was Tracy, did SNS and Pedicure for me. I really like her cause she did my SNS and Pedicure very meticulously and relaxing. I guess I would called her Dr. Therapy. read more

Awful! This used to be a nice place. The tools were dirty. We waited 45 minutes after scheduling an "appointment ". The staff were irritated we took our feet out of the ice cold water. Against my better judgment I upgraded my horrible pedicure to the VIP. Which basically meant I got a few tablespoons of cheap lotion put on my legs. The treatment was nowhere near VIP. $70 and one of the worst experiences and finished product I've had at a nail salon. The nail tech was rude and careless. Management didn't seem to care read more

Nail Studio - Nail Salons Near Me - Spanish Fort, Alabama

WORST NAIL SALON. This place cost me 25 dollars for gel, compared to one right down the street that charges 17 and looks much better. The nails looked like I could have done them myself, which at that point I should've done. The customer service was AWFUL. I asked for an art design, and they put on something that looked similar to a three year old drawing and proceeded to charge me 5 dollars for it. The nail techs were very rude and not helpful at all. I asked to get my design redone, and they were very unhappy about it. Do not wast your money here it is dirty, the service is rude, and the gel nails chip in 3 days. read more

I came here for a spa pedicure. Spent $50 on a "Pearl" package that I observed another person getting. The gal doing the other persons "Pearl" pedicure was vigorously massaging the packets on the persons feet and legs and I asked for the same. It looked like a heavenly massage. I pointed it out and mentioned the massage and said that that is what I wanted. I got the "Pearl" packets but didn't get the same massage. lol...it seems it depends on who is working on you. I got it rubbed on and wiped off. Lol!!!!! Asked for a manicure and got French tips that chipped/peeled off hours later. read more

I asked for S&S and tapered square shape, and all of my nails are differently lengths, bumpy, and not sharply filed. The color is uneven and splotchy. The woman doing my nails took over an hour just for this. I paid $60. I don't recommend:( read more

I have been going to this nail salon 5+ years. They have always done a great job. Mary, the owner, works very hard to make sure her shop is clean and professional. I can't recommend this salon enough! read more

I'M SO UPSET I had a long list of errands to run after my 7-5 job. First stop was getting my nails done. My normal awesome place Polished nail bar in Daphne is so awesome that there was a long wait. Needing a gift card from Barnes and Noble it was convenient to walk across the way to Nail Studio. I pulled up their work on Yelp and had no problem with all the "crappy customer service" opinions. All that mattered was they had plenty of client photos with the ombre-ish manicure I was wanting. I showed the photo to Linda who said "Ya no problem". Once she got to work I began questioning her as my nails were looking like 2006 French manicures. She kept assuring me I would love the finished product. When she was complete I did indeed have a crazy, thick French mani. The manager,Mary, apologized and told me she would fix. I insisted on going over the mess with some gel polish because I was on a time constraint. She promised she would be fast and my nails would match the photo. She soaked off the new set and started from scratch. While she got the concept of the ombre (Linda!) they are much to thin. I opted for clear gel because it was now 8:30 ( LINDA STARTED MY NAILS AT 6) and of course, I was charged $60 for this mess. It kills me that I paid this much for something I'm disgusted with. I can't bring myself to pay someone to fix it. Now I have to go through this very busy holiday season with ugly nails. Please, if you know a nail tech who is truly wonderful at matching photos I would love their info. read more

I've been going here for my manicures & pedicures for over 11 years. I never have had any issues. I get the solar nails (pink & white) & everyone always comments on how nice my nails look. I rarely have any breaks or chips. The owner is a highly motivated Vietnamese lady who has come through the citizenship process the correct way & has continued to work hard for her family. She will try to make sure you get what you want! Girl, they cannot do nails. It is very dirty first off. I went in the first time and they were very nice but the recent time it was completely different people. I asked them to do a ombré French tip and I wish I had pics honestly I was to embarrassed. After seeing them finish up I asked if they could put a glitter or something on top, to try to hide the shit show they had done on my nail, but they refused and were rude. They were talking about the customers right in front of there face. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Honestly just go to the one by Publix. read more

Worst mani/pedi I've EVER had. I have been here before (over a year ago) and the owner buffed my nails down so hard that I literally had scabs around my cuticles on 3 or 4 fingers on each hand. Because they are the only studio open past 7:00 and I work banker's hours and because my regular (AMAZING) nail girl at Paradise Nails is on maternity leave, I decided to give them another chance. I went in to have my nails done for my daughter's wedding on Wednesday (the wedding was on Saturday). The SNS powder was literally slopped on my fingers and did not even cover the tips of my fingers. When I tried to point it out to the owner (I think her name is Mary?) she just argued with me and told me I should have gotten a darker color to cover better - not the problem at all. The SNS bed was not shaped up around my cuticles and just seemed to flow over the cuticles and onto my fingers. There were pits in the SNS. When she put the clear coat on, there were spots on a couple of nails that were not covered (not shiny - it was almost like the clear coat had been watered down and just wouldn't cover because she tried to fix it several times and it still didn't cover) and I pointed that out to her as well and she just slopped on another layer of clear coat. I tried to make her understand what the problem was and why I was unhappy but she just continued to argue back with me and I finally just had enough and I left. The clear coat was already peeling off the next morning and within just a few days, the SNS (globs) around my cuticle beds began to pop off. My pedicure was not any better. Another lady did the pedicure and she didn't allow the polish on my toes to dry before she slapped on so much clear coat that it was running between my toes. After the pedicure, it took at least 45 minutes to an hour for the other lady to do my manicure and my toes were STILL not dry when I left and they smudged completely off several toes when I put my shoes back on almost an hour later. I spent $65 on the mani/pedi and it was a complete waste of money. The owner is totally unprofessional and I don't know how she is even still in the nail business. I will never step foot back in this place and I will advise all of my friends and family not to waste their time or money in this establishment either. Karen W. Bay Minette, AL read more

This month I celebrated my 10th year of coming to the Studio. After moving from Florida to Spanish Fort I checked out several nail salons and this one was by far out the best and cleanest. The government rating is 100!!! This speaks for itself. My nails always look beautiful and the color selection is great. My thanks to the owner and staff for your excellent services! Giving one star is too kind. I've never reviewed anything so this says something. Worst experience ever at a nail salon/business establishment and I'm pretty forgiving in these situations. My friend and I were the first customers to arrive right when they opened. We went to get a juice to let them have a few minutes to set up because they showed up 15 minutes late. The minute we walked in they were hounding us to pick a color and rushing us, which was odd considering we were the only ones there. My friend and I were suppose to both get SNS manicure and normal pedicures. I got both my nails and toes done in the time it took my friend to get her pedicure - two hours!! Putting this all aside this wasn't even the worst part. We went to pay and the card machine was down. We sat there for 15 minutes as she swiped our cards 20+ times (even tried her own card). We offered many solutions, go to get cash, venmo, cash app, come back later - everything. The only solution that was acceptable to her was to ride in the car with us to the bank or take pictures of our driver's license and debit/credit cards. Since I was using a debit card I did not feel comfortable doing this. This was not my regular salon and I didn't know this woman. Just as she didn't trust us to come back I couldn't trust her to not go online shopping with my info. I asked her to please give me my card back and she wouldn't - clutched on to it like it was hers. She flipped the whole thing making it look like we were not trying to pay and told us we couldn't leave. I told her to not take a picture of my card, but she did anyway, which is illegal and considered stealing. She charged my card five days later for an amount I was never told about. Thankfully I've called by bank and cancelled the card. I understand things happen in business, but you not being able to accept payment from a customer is your business's problem, not your customers. Stealing your customer's card information is not the solution. read more

Extremely poor customer service and extremely rude. Went in with one of my co workers for an after work pick me up and got treated like crap. Ive been getting my nails done for about 8 years and for the price and quality of service I'm extremely disappointed. After they started arguing with my co worker about what she wanted done, I told her to just sit down and get a pedicure (they can't screw up a pedi right?) WRONG! Tried to make us soak our feet in cold water and was upset when we asked them to change the water out. I have rough feet so I wasn't expecting them to be baby butt smooth but I also wasn't expecting them to talk about my feet between each other. When I asked was there a problem they got quiet plus as soon as my feet were dry I ended up having to touch them up when I got home. read more

I went in with no appointment and asked for a sns dip manicure. They barely gave me any time to pick my color. Then, since i had some left on my nails from before, she did not use a file or remover to take it off, she RIPPED them off with clippers and her ling nails. Not only did it hurt but it also removed layers of my nail. Then, on e she started, she was talking on her phone the entire tine. She didnt even say one word to me. I have gone several times recently. Last two times that I have been there took over an hour. The guy doing my nails redid my index finger completely three times! The last time I was there, I had to ask him to put white tip on edge of nail, I could see the clear nail. They were so rude and customer service was unheard of. There was 6 people working there and they all were sitting around on their cell phone and I Pads. They did not seem to care to be there they rushed us it was not a relaxing time. They were rude and once my pedicure was done she had me walk across the floor to the front with no shoes on. I think this place is only open so they can use the wifi. Will not go back. She asked for payment gave her my card when I got the receipt there was no place for a tip. I asked and was told there is an ATM next door. My friend felt the same way like we are bothering them. I actually hit my big toe and messed it up. They seemed annoyed to have to fix it. They rushed us not pleasant will not go back. read more

I am very upset with what has happened to my nails. I received a $35 gift certificate for Christmas, and I decided to get my nails done a week ago. The staff was nice and engaging, but what happened after I left is why I am only giving 1 star. Not only was the "gel" polish chipping off within 3 days of my visit, but I now have an infection under my nail. This has never happened to me. I went to this nail salon with beautiful nails, and now every single one is gone except for my thumbs. I am never going back. I would suggest going to a different place. read more

TERRIBLE NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE i came in and my sister came with me to keep me company, the woman that greeted us told us to take a seat and i thought i would only be waiting 10-15 minutes. other people came in after me and they got waited on before me (they were also walk ins might i add) i waited about 20-30 minutes and whoever the male nail technician was was extremely unprofessional he mocked customers around other clients for everyone to hear and as soon as he started on my nails he kept hitting on me and saying things that made me uncomfortable like "long nails so you can scratch my back" and he was also very disrespectful to my sister with a comment he made towards her saying "you're very skinny why don't you eat" besides they way he acted he kept making my fingers bleed and didn't clean up the nail polish properly. after all of that i did give him a tip and he said "wow big money" in a sarcastic voice because he wanted more money obviously even though he was very unprofessional the entire time would not recommend to anyone if you want to be treated well and get the service you paid for read more

I've been a customer of this salon for as long as it has been in business and the owner, Mary Pham, strives to give the best possible service. Every person that I meet has always compliments me and asks me where I get my nails done. One of the most elegant spas downtown, when I visited, had their own manicurist ask me so she could engage her for her own special wedding day. As with any business, if there is ever a problem, and you don't know about it, then you cannot correct it. Mary cares about her business, and if ever there is a concern, she will do her utmost to correct it. I give her my highest recommendation, and would never go anywhere else to have my nails done. 5 stars always! read more

I got the gel nails with French tips done the lady had fanned the tip out looked horrible I looked at her like what is this they looked crazy she had know Idea what she was doing another lady came in and started filing my nails the way they should be.
