I had a very nice experience getting a manicure and pedicure here. The woman who did my pedicure did an excellent job -- she really takes her time to thoroughly clean your feet and does your nails beautifully. Her foot and leg massage was especially relaxing and one of the best I've had. The woman who did my manicure was just as great. She shaped my nails perfectly and gave a very nice hand massage as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and the care given at this shop. I am so glad I chose Passion Nails for my pedicure while in town visiting family. It was the BEST calf & foot massage I have ever had as a part of a pedicure. Running around for the holidays I was in dire need of a massage and this exceeded all expectations of what I would get as a part of a pedicure. I loved and really appreciated all of the nail polishes being organized by color group and that was just one of many indicators that this shop is well-run. I walked in without an appointment the day before Christmas and felt very welcomed and did not have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. I've come to this establishment a few times now and every time I have been impressed!! My nails look incredible and they always seem to be in a cheerful and kind mood. They also offer water while you are relaxing during the time you're there. I've been to multiple others in the area and they don't seem to have it together like Passion Nails and Spa does. They even make their own grapefruit sugar scrub and hot stones for your legs when you get a basic pedicure. LIKE WHAT?! That's awesome! This is by far my favorite nail place!!! I would recommend to anyone who's looking to get their nails done. 10/10 read more

I walked in over an hour before they were set to close, and the male who was there was extremely rude to me. I felt so uncomfortable as he treated me like I was keeping him from leaving early. My natural nail was very short and broken, so I asked for tips but to still be a shorter nail. When I asked for his opinion he very rudely said, "I mean I can't pick for you. Just decide." So I told him to proceed with the tips and almond shape as long as they weren't too long where I couldn't type (I work from laptop a lot). After applying the tips he cut them SO SHORT that it was almost to my nail quick, then gave my nails the strangest wide angle shape. I'm really not sure the reasoning for putting the tips if he planned to cut them off and shape so oddly? I've had my nails done for 20+ years and have never been treated this way. It's one thing to have a tech not do a great job on your nails, it is another to be treated poorly. At the end I did pay, but I then ran out as fast as I could and will never be back. read more

I was the most picky and particular girl today as I'm getting married this weekend and they took THE BEST care of making sure I am absolutely obsessed with my nails. I literally just left and can't stop staring at my hands because these are the best!! Unsatisfied with service since Tommy and Mitchell have stepped out of the business... unfriendly and rough staff. My mom had a pedicure and ended up at urgent care with an infection on her foot because of the tech (Lee Lee) scrubbing her foot so hard she took skin leaving a lesion. I gave this place a 3 because the work they do is good, but I'm from Atlanta so I know high price nails. This place is way too overpriced. I paid $75 for a set of acrylics with white tips. I gave them another chance thinking a fill in couldn't be that bad and my fill in was $55... a two week fill in that required little work and I got the exact same color and design without a cut down or even having to file the nail shape at all.... $55 in a small town in Alabama.. it's just a rip off so like I said I never leave reviews but hopefully this helps them realize that they are priced way too high. Makes it unenjoyable to even get my nails done. Will not be coming back. read more

Unfortunately I did not read the many negative reviews on this place before going. Like so many others my experience was horrible. My polish began falling off after one day. I returned and complained to the manager who was the one who did my nails. He became argumentative and nasty, yelling that it was my fault for not replacing my nails when he was the one who told me they did not need to be done right away! He redid 3 nails one of which fell off in 24 hours. I will also add he did not wash his hands or sterilize the utensils after using them on the previous customer. The plexiglas partition was just filthy. I hope others read this review and do not make the mistake of going there. read more

I have been getting my nails and feet done for years. My friend lives in Fairhope ( has a business herself) and wanted to " try this new nail salon" I Got here a little early than her. I went ahead and had them start on my nails. The man was very rude to me . Telling me not to look at my nails or he would not be able to do Them pretty for me. He kept making rude remarks To me through out the process of doing my nails ( I had the powder nails done) by the time my friend got there I was almost in tears. We both sat in chairs to have our toes done ( not by him) but another worker who was wonderful. She spoke no English but was very polite. As I sat there, there was a young girl that he started doing her nails and he was so nice and polite to her as she sat there watching every step as he was doing her nails, laughing and smiling. He never said anything rude to her at all. Then they took a lady who came in after my friend to do her nails. When we ask about that they said we just didn't see her Anyway too many nail salons in Fairhope but I'll never go or recommend this one. I would never have someone go through what I did I!! read more

I have tried a couple locations in Fairhope in attempts to find a new nail salon. I have now been to passion 3 times and each time I have experienced not only a clean and relaxing atmosphere, but they are very friendly and accommodating as well as timely.
