I've used mountain massage for over 5 years. Always enjoyed my massage and the amenities. I purchased a $150 gift certificate for my husband in July of 2024, which he never used. I called recently to try to use it and was told that it had expired in July of 2025. What is alarming to me is that at the time of purchase I was told that the amount wouldn't expire but the service (90 minute massage) is what the expiration date was for. Obviously to protect the owner if they needed to raise prices. Makes sense to me so I purchased it. Now it's worthless. Owner will not even call me back to discuss. Shameful way to run a business. read more

Monica was fantastic. She was sweet and very knowledgeable about massage. My friend and I went for a day of pampering and that is exactly what we got. The hot stone massage was so relaxing. I work in an office everyday and Monica was able to concentrate on some of my target areas in my back. Amazing! My first ever full body scrub and facial was next. So relaxing! I am pretty sure I dozed off during that facial. Then steam room for some heat and a rinse. Then back to my room for a full body herbal wrap. Incredible. I loved every single minute of this day. I was able to schedule a massage the day before the appointment due to cancellation and boy was I grateful! My massage was the best one I have had in years. When she was done I had more mobility in my neck than I have had in over a year. I did not realize how tense I had been and how that translates to lots of tightness and knots in my neck and between my should blades. My husband and I made this our spa splurge on a recent trip to Point Clear/Grand Hotel. I was offended by the staff at the Grand Hotel Spa and the outrageous prices helped me make the decision to search elsewhere for some relaxation. . We were the luckiest people to find Mountain Massage and Day Spa. Nikki (the owner) was a delight to deal with for scheduling our afternoon. The location is ideal and very easy to find. The prices are very reasonable considering the service you receive. Their menu has much to offer in massages and spa services. .We signed up for several and were very pleased with each one! We were greeted by Nikki and Reagan upon arrival. They were very welcoming and friendly. We instantly felt right at home! I had the Herbal Body Wrap, steam treatment and the Parrafin and Stone Facial. This was my first facial and body wrap. Nikki explained each process to me b/c I'm a dork like that. She was very patient with me! My husband had the Morning Glow Face lift massage and the Mountain Glow package (full body massage and facial). My husband and I both agree this was an unbelievable experience. Our total treatments lasted 3 hours and this was the best part of our weekend getaway! The products used were organic and smelled wonderful. My husband said he felt 23 years old after leaving! I am staying at the Grand Hotel but was appalled at their spa prices so looked at fairhope. I found this spa and would strongly recommend it to others. I was able to get an appointment for a 60 min massage on the same day I called and the massage was excellent. I feel so much better and my back feels great! This was an excellent massage by Becca. I have a lot of problem areas and she focused on those and was very accommodating to anything and everything I needed. It was amazing, and I feel so much better. I have a bad shoulder and do not have full range of motion, but after an amazing and effective massage, lots of water, and a day of letting my muscles recover, I can finally move my arm normally again after nearly a year of not being able to lift it up all the way. I am a resident of Fairhope not a tourist and I wanted to share my experience with Mountain Massage and Day Spa. I'm 58 years old and was having pain in my lower and upper back areas and in my shoulder, I thought it was just arthritis and I would just have to live with the pain. I thought I might try massage therapy and see if it would help, met Kim Eubanks at Mountain Massage and she did deep tissue massage for 60 minutes at each session, after my third appointment I noticed my pain was gone and not only that I felt a kind of rejuvenation in my body. I do weight training and felt stronger during my workouts, and strongly urge anyone who has pain or stiffness associated with exercise go see Miss Kim. I have been to a number of massage therapists but none with her talent, she works out and is tune with how muscles in the body are connected, I tell everyone that is complaining about their aches and pains about her. read more
