However, we both decided on a courageous facial and let me tell you, Ashley is magic. She took her time with us (about 45 minutes for each) and we both left feeling beautiful and satisfied. I also appreciate business that give you wonderful service and don't try to sell you anything afterwards. She was not pushy when advertising their products and instead even recommended getting them other places (not sure how great of a business move this is, but I enjoyed it, and maybe she was using reverse psychology because it made me want to buy something....) All in all the place was clean (they are still doing renovations but it was still nice inside) and I enjoyed the relaxing music played during the experience. I made an appointment for a cut and color as a gift for my wife…read more I brought photos or the cut, and a detailed photo of the color that my wife and I had found on the internet. I discussed and showed her photos of the cut and color we wanted with Amber when making the appointment. I also left the photos and discussed the expectations again when I took my wife for the appointment. The haircut was okay. Not great, not terrible. It was absolutely not what we expected. The color was a huge disappointment. Amber and I had discussed the price, and I was told that " a few less foils" could be used, and the price would be less, but the results would be similar. The result was absolutely nothing like the photo. We had to get into the sunlight in order to see any color at all. We were shooting for blended strands of brown, copper, light brown and black. My wife's natural hair color is black. We ended up with totally black hair, with an almost invisible fire engine red faint tint in places. I could actually have gotten a box color and gotten similar results. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. Shown below are the expectations colors, that has been agreed upon, and the results that were achieved. The expectations and results were worlds apart.
