She's very focused and quiet while working (similar to Vivian but almost OCD and I love it)! This point is important to mention as during both visits, I noticed that the staff here is quite chatty amongst themselves. This doesn't bother me at all, but I do prefer that MY service renderer not be distracted while wielding the drill. Kathy (like Vivian) was definitely locked in, but also had the perfect balance of conversation and local food suggestions to throw out-- got a few new bookmarks off of her today! Well yet again, Vennesse didn't fail me. I'm reporting back to say that it wasn't a fluke-- I'm 2 for 2 and I like it!

I am basically left with a butt hole looking scar on my belly button and fishhook on my belly pelvic.
