Very limited metered street parking. Paid lots nearby. They don't open until 10am but are open 7 days a week as of November. I sent my daughter to the Fairhope location and she wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. The owners were working. When she asked for assistance, they didn't redeem themselves. What a shame. I've always had a great experience at Objects in Daphne. Haley is just the best! I am happy to support local, unless this is the type of customer service given going forward. I'd rather order what they sell online or purchase it from another store if this is the way they continue to treat customers.

I made an appointment for a cut and color as a gift for my wife…read more I brought photos or the cut, and a detailed photo of the color that my wife and I had found on the internet. I discussed and showed her photos of the cut and color we wanted with Amber when making the appointment. I also left the photos and discussed the expectations again when I took my wife for the appointment. The haircut was okay. Not great, not terrible. It was absolutely not what we expected. The color was a huge disappointment. Amber and I had discussed the price, and I was told that " a few less foils" could be used, and the price would be less, but the results would be similar. The result was absolutely nothing like the photo. We had to get into the sunlight in order to see any color at all. We were shooting for blended strands of brown, copper, light brown and black. My wife's natural hair color is black. We ended up with totally black hair, with an almost invisible fire engine red faint tint in places. I could actually have gotten a box color and gotten similar results. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. Shown below are the expectations colors, that has been agreed upon, and the results that were achieved. The expectations and results were worlds apart.
