I ordered an Edible Arrangements with a delivery date of Dec. 22 to be delivered to a home address in Daphne, and it was supposed to be a Christmas present. The website automatically added the local Daphne Edible Arrangements store to fulfill and deliver the order. The night of Dec. 22, we found out that the person never received the order. Dec. 23, I noticed that the order was still showing its status as "order confirmed." I tried calling the Edible Arrangements store in Daphne as directed by the order confirmation, and no one answered. I was placed on hold and then forced to leave a message. I never received a call back message, but in investigating online, I noticed that both Facebook and Google list the store as permanently closed. Why would Edible Arrangements have a permanently closed store set to fulfill the order? I have tried calling the local and corporate numbers multiple times only to be forced to leave a message. I have also sent emails to them as well to cancel the order and provide a refund, and I wanted to let them know that this store is apparently no longer fulfilling people's orders. I have not received a response from that either. It is now Dec. 27th. I went ahead and reported the charge to PayPal as a "did not receive order" issue, and they have processed the refund for me on their end. Glad I used Paypal to place my order. If you are trying to have an Edible Arrangements delivered to someone in Daphne, BEWARE. They probably won't receive it since the location is closed, and Edible Arrangements apparently hasn't updated this on their end.
