They didn't have the brand , but they convinced me to buy a different type of hair, which was the wrong hair that they told me that I needed it so I ended up having to come back the next day and they didn't wanna give me my money back even though I gave them the hair in the same condition they gave it to me, still the pack unused but they did give me a credit. I just got some things that I needed and left, but I will not come back and I wouldn't spend any money here. A lot of the products look used unless it's in the showcase which is in the front of the store the owner, which is a older lady that has no top teeth was very rude and almost bumped into me when I was trying to return my stuff which I mentioned, but she ignored me so the customer service is terrible and there was a black lady that cash me out and I asked her did she work here and she said no she said that she just helped her friend out from time to time so they can talk and chat. Which let me know that they're really doing bad at this location. The fact that you have friends working for you for free do not shop here ladies or gents!!!!

One order I was able to pick up 3 of 6 items took my gift card worth $50 but only used $27.50. They sent me a new ecard. They should have credited the card I have.
