After this weekend, now she is stuck with me forever! I was already a fan of hers, and then she did my niece's hair and makeup for prom a few months ago. And WOW! She did an amazing job. My niece looked like an angel, or a model. So that solidified my opinion on where to go for special events. Then, this weekend, my daughter, my niece and I all needed services. I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! Honest to God, I have paid 4 times the amount that we paid here for just my daughter's hair. Both of the girls look fan-freaking-tastic, and I love my hair as well! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. She walked in with fried, unhealthy, muticolored hair, and walked out with long, beautiful, shiny healthy hair that looks super natural. We have all three gotten several compliments on our hair. My mother even said she was calling soon to have her hair done. I will never go anywhere else, for any other service. I'm officially Rhonda's stalker!

Despite a weeks-ahead booking and providing…read moreinspo, service was VERY late (stylist hadn't even arrived), consultation was rushed, my suggestions were dismissed, and the stylist brushed away attempt to share inspiration photos. I asked for a low-maintenance, edgy, mid length, layered shag cut specifically asking them to err long. I left with a blunt, shoulder-length "football helmet" cut that does not suit my hair type AT ALL or style preferences. The stylist was unprofessional, spent the appointment complaining about personal issues, and the final result was a complete failure to meet the agreed-upon service. So sad to say Avoid this salon...or at least be cautious with your stylist and walk out if you get a bad feeling early.
