Tabitha Waters was the funniest and most sweet hair dresser I have ever had. Not to mention she made my hair look absolutely FANTASTIC. She was super willing to make my bangs and layers look exactly how i want, and we joked around throughout the entire process. She made me laugh harder than I have ever laughed at any hair appointment. Which did make our session last pretty long, but honestly it felt more like hanging out with a friend. And she gave me exactly what I asked for. Harlow salon has girls that makes you feel super comfortable asking for exactly what you would like/ need, and do it with care and precision.
