What is alarming to me is that at the time of purchase I was told that the amount wouldn't expire but the service (90 minute massage) is what the expiration date was for. Obviously to protect the owner if they needed to raise prices. Makes sense to me so I purchased it. Now it's worthless. Owner will not even call me back to discuss. Shameful way to run a business.

First of all, I'm a Medical Aesthetician for 32 years and it's hard to impress me because I've seen it all! Not bragging just been there done that. Massage and Facials go hand in hand. I'm in the same business as Linda. Taking care of clients. But I'm usually disappointed when i take the time to have something done for myself because I don't "feel" a genuine touch anymore that makes the treatment near nirvana... until now that is. Ms. Linda not only made my spouse and I feel very welcome with her bubbly personality and her professionalism and true desire to help with "What's ailing you" really stands out. Her Treatment for 1 hour that she charges an unbelievable $85.00 for, has a combination of just about all that you could imagine. all smoothly done from one part to the next. Every bit worth it let me tell you. Should be at least $400. On top of all that there is a lovely set up of lunch with fruit or whatever! ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS! And to the person who left a bad review... Shame on you, because I'm pretty sure if you had had a treatment with Ms. Linda, and it sounds like you do need it, you might have actually gotten that stick out of your ass! read more

This wonderful lady and her passion for what she does, along with her expertise was more than I expected! I was visiting from out of town and had a small window of time for a massage, which she was able to accommodate. Linda was so incredible sweet! The massage experience started with a lunch (which was not listed on her site, so was quite an impressionable and delicious surprise!). Before my massage I was able to relax in a beautiful and quiet room to enjoy a HOMEMADE lunch of pasta, cherry/coconut cheese cake, grapes, and water (all organic and fresh). I had no idea, nor had I ever experienced such hospitality; "Sweet home Alabama" hospitality for sure!). Linda was so kind and personable, I felt like I was visiting a friend I highly suggest making your next massage appointment with her and share your "Sweet home Alabama" experience as well! If you haven't tried Linda Delatorre Evon at Delatorre Day Spa you are totally missing out on the best experience you will ever get!!! She always has lunch made for you and I've never had the same lunch twice and it's always been delicious! Then you get to relax in her day spa room in a warm soft robe on the most comfortable relaxing furniture ever! The she will take you back to the "room" my favorite room in her spa - that's where you get to be pampered like a queen. She pampers you from head to toe with facials, wraps, hot rocks, hot towels and her hands are simply MAGICAL! You get all of this for $85 and that includes her tip. I put back money every week just so I can keep going back. I always feel like I'm a millionaire being pampered and am so relaxed that all of my stress is gone for days on end. I was desperate to treat myself to a massage for my birthday and searched "spas in Baldwin" to see what would come up. This spa was the first to come up and after reading on the "hour plus pampering" special, I called and in less than five minutes had an appointment booked. When I arrived Linda made sure to make me feel comfortable. A lovely lunch spread was there for me to use before and after my massage, the rooms were cozy, sanitary and comfortable. Most of all, the massage!!!!!! Linda made sure to pay special attention to my problem areas and not an inch of me left without feeling pampered and polished! What an amazing experience! This was my first time ever getting a massage or facial and I didn't know what to expect. I was completely blown away by the warmth, comfort and beautiful atmosphere. I suffer from anxiety, and Miss Delatorre erased about 10 years of stress from my mind and body. I was 100% relaxed from the moment I put on the soft robe, ate a delicious dessert, then slipped into the MOST comfortable heated bed with soft sheets and warm blankets. I got the $85 one hour plus pampering package, and it was fabulous! I can not emphasize enough how relaxed I felt and how therapeutic the experience was. Go visit Miss Delatorre!! Delatorre Day Spa is a hidden gem in Fairhope. I received "the hour plus pampering package" as a gift and what a wonderful gift it was. Linda provided a wonderful gourmet lunch in a very calm, tranquil setting. Then on to a most relaxing facial and therapeutic massage...I have had many massages in some fabulous spas and have never walked away feeling as "heavy" as I did leaving Delatorre. I was completely relaxed. It was a lovely experience. Linda showed attention to the parts I specifically requested and I was pleasantly surprised how well I felt afterwards. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! My sweetheart and I booked a massage, kind of last minute, and lovely Linda was able to accomodate us. Friends of mine recommended Linda for massage but I didn't realize what a wonderful experience it would be! We were treated to delicious brunch eats and drink. My boyfriend lounged and relaxed while I was treated to a wonderful massage. The bed was warm and soft and I could have stayed there forever. Then, my boyfriend and I changed places and he was treated to the same. Linda is a gracious hostess and a skilled masseuse. Worth every penny and then some! We will be back, Linda! read more

I love the heated table covers and soft music. Each treatment is personalized. I love the facial products and techniques. I don't know which is my favorite the neck and shoulder massage or the warm moist heat applications. I know I'm never ready for the sound of the rain stick indicating my treatment's over. My suggestion is put this on your list for return visits, because the time spent relaxing and being pampered is wonderful. Weirdest massage I have ever had!! Not once did she actually massage a muscle, she just pushed my back around, placed wet towels on my back. Not a relaxing experience at all. I couldn't wait for it to be over. When I got home, I looked up her massage license, since she was so bad, and found the license number she has doesn't even belong to her. She is a fraud.
