I came here from out of town and got a spray tan. Initially, the workers discussed with me not…read morehonoring my membership because this wasn't my home location. (This has never happened to me before). They have 2 spray tan booths (4 turn & 2 turn) but the 2 turn was broken down currently. The workers were transparent that the 4 turn does not work the best by the looks of their face but promised it would still give a great spray that upholds the PBT experience. The 4 turn has 4 cycles of the spray and on the last cycle the cartridge was already completely out and did not spray me. I went to the front desk and asked for a second spray which I had to pay for again. I feel like I should've gotten the second for free but i was not offered that. A friend who works at a PBT out of town agrees that if someone is not satisfied she gives the second spray free because it is a machine spraying you after all. I woke up this morning and I am ORANGE. I paid for 2 spray tans and ended up with the worst spray ever. I've sprayed at PBT for 12 years and I've never had such an awful spray. I went back to the location today to show them my awful spray tan and she just told me to go home and "try some DIY." Also the worker replied "wow I've never seen it do it that bad" but she never offered me a refund. I will never come to this PBT location again. Here I am attaching a picture of my spray tan. I am so disappointed and upset in my spray tan and the customer service here. The manager needs to get rid of the 4 turn spray booth if even the workers know that the machine does not spray up to par of the PBT experience.

It was a dangerous situation and the girl working was rude and unconcerned. I looked forward to using this biz now that I'm not on the road as much. But was told my second visit had expired. When I purchased in July no one informed me of a time frame I had to use my purchase. I was floored and not happy that I had to purchase a second time. Pics attached.

She also helped me pick out the right lotion and it was great. It was all so clean, and sanitized. Each time you tan at any of their locations you don't hAve to worry about bringing your own eye wear because they give you some to use. Only thing I'd recommend is buying your own lotion off of amazon maybe, and bringing it with you. Their sample lotions are a little pricy so if you end up having to purchase one of theirs your looking at spending over 20 dollars for a 10 minute tan.

Toward the end of the month, my tan was very uneven - shoulders were spotty, and NOTHING below my knees. Switched to lie-down bed, specifically asking for the one with the newest bulbs each time, but was sent to a different bed each time. Then, when I received my credit card statement, the first automatic payment for membership was billed at $60.45, rather than the $39.95 I was told when I signed up!!!! When I called to have this corrected, no manager was present, and I was told to expect a call-back. When the "manager" called, all she would do was repeat "The billing is correct. You were charged $49.95 for GOLD membership (not the $39.95 I was told when I signed up) and for the last day of February (on which I paid for the month of March, and the "start-up" fee, IN CASH!) Then, she said that the start-up fee was for their "Rewards Program", which was never explained to me at sign-up, which I did not request, and which I was never told was mandatory, and still haven't!!! To sum up - 1. Quoting one price, but billing higher. 2. Equipment which does not work well. 3. Uninformed or unhelpful employees. (Not all of them. Some are very good.) 4. "Management" who don't seem to care about the first three issues at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PALM BEACHTAN IN FOLEY, ALABAMA!!! IN FACT, I SUGGEST THAT YOU STAY FAR AWAY!!!
