(This has never happened to me before). They have 2 spray tan booths (4 turn & 2 turn) but the 2 turn was broken down currently. The workers were transparent that the 4 turn does not work the best by the looks of their face but promised it would still give a great spray that upholds the PBT experience. The 4 turn has 4 cycles of the spray and on the last cycle the cartridge was already completely out and did not spray me. I went to the front desk and asked for a second spray which I had to pay for again. I feel like I should've gotten the second for free but i was not offered that. A friend who works at a PBT out of town agrees that if someone is not satisfied she gives the second spray free because it is a machine spraying you after all. I woke up this morning and I am ORANGE. I paid for 2 spray tans and ended up with the worst spray ever. I've sprayed at PBT for 12 years and I've never had such an awful spray. I went back to the location today to show them my awful spray tan and she just told me to go home and "try some DIY." Also the worker replied "wow I've never seen it do it that bad" but she never offered me a refund. I will never come to this PBT location again. Here I am attaching a picture of my spray tan. I am so disappointed and upset in my spray tan and the customer service here. The manager needs to get rid of the 4 turn spray booth if even the workers know that the machine does not spray up to par of the PBT experience.

Each time you tan at any of their locations you don't hAve to worry about bringing your own eye wear because they give you some to use. Only thing I'd recommend is buying your own lotion off of amazon maybe, and bringing it with you. Their sample lotions are a little pricy so if you end up having to purchase one of theirs your looking at spending over 20 dollars for a 10 minute tan.
