Gloves are worn, a new dip stick is used with EACH application, clean "bed" to lay on. Leah takes care to maintain cleanliness. Look at her health inspection.....100% ! That's great when you're dealing with wax. No double dipping here!!! Services are priced competitively and not too expensive. I am happy with the services I pay for and the amount for which I pay. As for the actual service, I liked the pedicure. I got the Wellness Pedicure, which included a foot bath, foot scrub, paraffin wax, and a foot massage. The nail technician did an excellent job as I was relaxed during the entire time. For the manicure, I got white gel squoval nails. The nail technician was able to get my nails to the straight and pristine squoval shape with my natural nails, despite my nails being short to begin with. The service was fast and efficient. Plus, the nail technician even cleaned up stray and bleeding paint lines. Overall, I liked every part of my experience at Vivian's Nails except for the waiting.
