She offered me a deluxe pedicure that has 20min feet and leg massage, scrubs and etc. I had my toes in a classic white polish. My nails were done by (I forgot her name) but she was pretty good too. She did this fast and nice! My nails were naturally medium length already so she just applied the acrylic on top of my natural nails. I don't prefer fake nails either unless my nails are short. I let her see an inspo which is not that complicated since this is a simple french tip. I was referred to this business back in November after looking for a lash technician for quite some…read moretime. The website lists a strict policy which I was perfectly fine with and felt this place would be very professional. I setup an account, gave my credit card information and was given a confirmation on my appointment via email which even included an attachment with my appointment to add to my calendar. I've had my appointment scheduled since November for December 19. On December 14, I received an email confirming my cancellation which I did not cancel. I looked for a reason for cancellation on the email assuming maybe due to the pandemic something changed but there was no explanation. I assumed maybe a glitch so I looked up Lauren's number on her website, which states to text and not call. Again no issue with that. I texted her to see if maybe my appointment had been canceled by error. She responded " Hi! I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. I work 8-14 hours per day Monday-Friday." I was confused because I'm unsure why she felt the need to tell me she works long hours which was not my problem. As a business, that should have never been addressed to a client and I wasn't even offered to reschedule or be worked in. It's not my fault that schedule was available on her site. Strict policies for a business but however you provide sloppy service. I will carefully shop for another lash technician that is more professional. Everyone isn't made to be a entrepreneur. Do better!

I should have known better when they said walk-ins available and I was seated in a hair salon chair, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Because, what do I know, I'm from out of town ‍ First step, wash eyelashes, they didn't do that. Next kicker, she taped my eyelids open. I told her, don't you think my eyes should be closed. No, no, she said. Okay, whatever. I let her do her thing. I was so nervous about the outcome. BOY, did I get smacked in the face with a doozy! They're stiff, they don't look natural and all the lashes were mixed sizes! I'm like why are they all over the place sizes. She said because we didn't have the in between number. I was like, you should've told me and I would have told you to leave them all the same size, UGH! Then they were like, we'll trim them a little. Oh, god! Made it worse. I was like stop. Just stop! They ruined my lashes! Now, when I get back home I'll have to get them removed and replaced. Damn it! I should have listened to my gut ‍

She kept correcting me saying that the reason why my hair looks like that is because I kept flipping my hair back to the front she kept trying to tuck it away so you cant see the flaw and I told her I don't walk around my hair tucked back like that. Overall service was garbage. Now I have to walk around looking crazy. I am very upset and I do not recommend anyone ever to step foot into this establishment this place doesn't even deserve one star
