TERRIBLE! I'm so furious right now I'm from out of town and needed a lash fill. I found somewhere reasonable. I should have known better when they said walk-ins available and I was seated in a hair salon chair, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Usually a lash map is layed out on small eye patches under your eyes that also protect you from glue getting in your eye, but by the end of the service, my eye was glued shut. I asked for a hybryd set and walked out with a cat eye set. VERY different in shape/ length. Not to mention a small detail of the chairs. So very uncomfortable. I have lived in Mobile for a year now and am loving it so far! In terms of threading, there are not a lot of salons in Mobile and I've been to this location several times. I would always get my eyebrows and lips threaded. Since I only come once every 2-3 weeks - some months even longer, I get a different person every time to do my eyebrows. Until this past Tuesday, I have had no issues. They mostly do a good job, hence I am reluctant to give them only one star. Check in is quick - sign in sheet at the front desk. They are pretty fast at getting you in and out so the wait isn't long. They accept credit cards for payment. Prices are pretty affordable. I am only posting a review today because I want to share that if you feel like something is wrong, do speak up. When I had my eyebrows done, this lady was pulling pretty hard. I assumed since I have thicker eyebrow hair, it was expected to hurt. I was tearing up and had to turn my head away when she was pulling pretty hard in some areas. Again, since it was so quick, I just let her finish in hope to just get out of there. It stung really bad when she put the aloe on it and I knew then she probably had cut me with the thread. If this happens again, I will just stop the technician next time. I encourage everyone to speak up. I apologize for the blurry image but I ended up with 3 cuts on my left upper lid. This area is thin and I know I don't have a lot of hair in the upper eyelid area anyway. It is pretty painful and overall, I am really disappointed. I was attracted to the $80 charge for lashes so I went in & had them done. Besides the uncomfortable chairs that do not support your kneck especially for 45 min, or her constantly getting on her phone, besides this I was happy about my lashes when I left. They fell out very quickly. I was back in within 6 days for a fill-In. When I came in for a fill-in the girl that done my eyelashes was not there & the other girls would not touch my lashes because the one who did them didn't work that day & I guess they were assuming the fact that I came back after 6 days that I wanted them fixed, but I was just looking for a fill-in. I finally was able to catch the lady who done them three days later and due to how many came out she changed me the full $80 again! She said they were almost gone. Again this was nine days after my first service. So this time if they messed up I was going to be sure to go back up there and catch the lady to add some more so that I would almost have my moneys worth. The second time I got them done she did not clean my eyelashes and they had mascara on them and eyeshadow so these came out within the next couple days and I sent her a picture of them. I couldn't get my schedule to match hers in order to come in so I just had to take the loss. I should not have tried them a second time but there again it was $80. So about six weeks after my first service ever I went back to get it done another time do you think because of the fact that I was never able to get back up with her & she knew what happened she would have given me a discount, but not only did she not she charged me $100 this time & me being as nice as I'am tipped her $20 everytime. I'm an idiot. That eyelashes were a lot thicker and longer than the first time. When she placed the eyelashes she picked up a bundle of them at once and put a lot of adhesive on them so not only did it hurt & fell like my lashes were weighted down, it also felt like little knots at the begging of each lash bundle. On the second day when I went through my lashes with a lash brush half of them came out tearing my own lashes out with them. I texted her immediately and showed her a picture. She only works a couple days so she asked that I came in Thursday but I couldn't come until Friday. This was a week after my initial visit for the ones I had on & at this point one eye had none left & half my eyelashes were gone. I'm devastated. When I was in there today not only did she refused to fix her mistake she tried to say that I pulled them out MYSELF!! She said that she has got to work she's a working woman and that I had to pay and I told her that I work for my money to and then I expect to get what I pay for. Not only did she not fix her mistake she made the other lady do my lashes and I still had to pay for them! I plan on reporting this to state board & the better business bureau. Why on earth would I want to pull my own eyelashes out that makes absolutely no sense. I have never seen customer service handled so poorly! First pic I'm posting is a couple days after the second time I was charged full price, the second one is 2/3 days after my third & the last pic is what they look like today after I was sent to someone else & had to pay again. First of all they advertise services that they don't s really offer. I booked an appointment online for a lash lift and chemical peel. I got a call the night before telling me they don't do chemical peels and trying to pressure me into just a facial instead. I declined and told them to just do lash lift. My right eye was burning towards the end and the technician led me back to bathroom and told me to wash eyes. I can't tell that I even had a lash lift and everything I've read says "Water or moisture should not come in contact with your lashes for at least 24 hours after a lash lift." I am VERY dissatisfied and I do not recommend them at all! I wish it were possible to give a no star rating! read more

Nina does great work on eyebrows, but has no consideration and extremely poor customer service. This is the second time that I have messaged earlier in the week asking what day she'd be in after 5. This week in particular, I texted on Wednesday and was told to come on Friday because she would be working until 6. I even texted and tried calling twice before I left work to ensure that she was still there because I live and work 30 minutes from this location. I didn't want to waste time coming if she would be gone as has happened to me in the past. I made it at about 530 pm and another brow tech told me that it was a 20 minute wait for Nina, which was fine with me. I waited 30 minutes to be told by Nina that she can't take me because she stops at 6. So it was a horrible experience. I went to to go get my lashes done on a Friday and they are all off and it's only Tuesday. When I was getting them done I kept saying that it was burning my eyes and Inside my nose and she kept saying it was because I opened my eyes, mind you it was burning from the jump and o never a issue like this before while getting my lashes done. Don't bother to schedule an appointment online, when I went it seemed to go on a first come first serve basis. Also you're sitting in an open plan area not in an office. I waited 30 minutes to get served after a woman who didn't even sign in who walked in after me even though I came 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time as advised in the email. I paid $80 to have lashes glued to my eyelid, 1, 2, they've pretty much all fallen out even though I've cleaned them daily in order for them to last as long as possible. There's glue still on my lashes from the ones that have fallen out. Also she taped my top eyelid to my forehead to gain access to my eyelids and told me to close my eyes but I couldn't and told me to stop blinking so much when my natural instinct for my eyes were to close. I've watched eyelash extensions videos everywhere and no where did I see the tech glue them to people's eyelids, just on the lashes. I had an eyelash stuck in my eye for 3 days after I got them done had to curl them in order to make it more comfortable for me. Forreallllll. Go. Somewhere. Else. I went in today and had my brows done by a lady named Tulsi. She was horrible. I showed her a picture of my brows which were very thick. Cleaned up, but really thick and full. This chick thinned the hell out of my eyebrows. I was so mad, that I began crying. The broad had the nerve to ask if I wanted water? I told her "no, I don't want water. Would you walk around with your eyebrows like this? She said, I'm sorry. I said "I know." I wanted to curse her ass out so bad. I had waited two months for them to grow back and she screwed the shit out of my eyebrows. The service in this place is horrible. I waited 50 minutes to be serviced by Nena and instead of her servicing me, she went and started getting her brows and her entire face threaded! I was livid. I knew if I had gotten ratchet, they would have called the police on me. Instead, I kept my cool, and waited. And waited. And waited. This place needs to be shut down. The service is unprofessional and I'm glad I kept it cool. I could have slapped the shit out of all of them. Nena is extremely unprofessional, Tulsi is unprofessional and if enough people stopped going, they would have no choice but to close down. They don't deserve any kind of business. If you cannot respect the wishes of the consumer, why bother? NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to this place. These women are the absolute worst. For anybody else that goes here to get your brows threaded, download the google translator you can hear what the hell these rude skanks are talking about.
