I'm always thrilled with the five star service at Sassy Nail Bar! I'm extremely particular about how I like my nails done and let's just say they NAIL it every time lol! I like my nails to look natural, thin, narrow, feminine and classy. I want colors that are in between a neutral beige or pale clean light sheet ish pink or like ballet shoes. They never let me down! It's easy to get an appointment and they often welcome walk-ins. I think they are getting a massage therapist first of 2026! read more

This was the best nail service in Alabama. I've tried a few places and they just can't get the acrylic fill right. They go to fast or miss a step because it's easier. Not this place. Tham was amazing and took her time to do the best job. The fill needed some adjustments and it was smooth sailing for her. They look amazing! The vibe was relaxed and soft. Check this place out! read more

Called and made appt. Called back before coming g to confirm and was asked to come 30 min later. When I arrived only 2 nail techs were working and other clients were waiting. After 15 more minutes of no service, I left. read more

I normally don't do this but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I only have a 2 because of the staff being so friendly. Otherwise, it would have been a one. I've had my nails done consistently for the past several years and this is the worst I've seen. the last two picture are after one week and the ones before are the day of. I paid $65 for this! read more

Great service, the people are very nice, establishment is clean and organized, got me and my wife in quickly. However, if you get your toenails trimmed before painting, MAKE SURE they do not cut the corners off!! i'm not super mad because almost every place i've gone to does this but this time around i've had my 3rd or 4th ingrown just from that one pedicure and it's been about 2 weeks.. read more

I had a bad cuticle that needed attention and my usual salon was closed. I called to see if I needed an appointment or if they had any availability for a walk-in, and she said, yes, they are not busy. When I arrived there was no one else there and Nancy was nice and not rushed. She took care of a few spots on my feet and I had a great pedicure service. The salon was clean and was tidy. I will definitely be back. read more

I'm new to area , went probably hour and half before closing wanting pedi and new nail set. Small place , worried they wouldn't want to do both so started with pedi. Super gentle, very detailed . Had my pink white set done also , such a great experience. Will definitely be going back. They seem to clean good after each person. Didn't seemed rushed since I was late in the day. read more

Wife and I enjoyed a pedicure and will return. Very pleasant customer service at a good price.

Excellent. Nancy and Andy, the owners, are warm and friendly. Nancy did a great job using the solar nails technique on my nails. This is not a common process and takes skill and experience. Very clean. I highly recommend Sassy Salon. read more

A total rip off. Received a new guy today and he didn't complete the full pedicure steps or cut my cuticles. Police is also all over the cuticles and top of my feet. I let the manager know, showed her my feet and she brushed it off after I called to schedule an appointment with her. I'm totally embarrassed and will never return. $50 paid and no tip provided for sure. read more

Melissa did a great job!She took her time and got all the way down the edges. So many times I leave a nail salon and I have edges with no polish. read more

Kelly has done my nails two times now. My nails haven't chipped once. I can't express enough how happy I am about the service she has given.

Made an appointment to get my boyfriend a pedicure, and myself plus a wax. Everyone was extremely friendly and we are both completely happy with our service. I had actually bit my (finger)nails down the night before, but even short they still look amazing after leaving. read more

I absolutely love Sassy Nail Bar! I have been going since Kelly opened her doors. Her, Melissa, and all the other staff do an amazing job on my nails. They've even taken the time to get to know me. I feel at home when I come here. read more

I was here a few months ago when I was in the area. I had a wonderful experience. This time I took advantage of the check-in through Yelp. They didn't get notified so I still had to wait 2 other customers came in while I was in the restroom. So since they hadn't checked me in I waited a really long time. I finally made an appointment for another day and left. They have very up-to-date pedi chairs. They have a very good assortment of regular polishes and sns powders. The assortment of gels wasn't great though. No where's near as great as my St. Louis area salon. But I haven't been able to find anything here like it. read more

My husband and I were in this area for a golf week with his buddies. I decided it was time to do something for me, so I YELPed a nail salon near Rock Creek Golf Club. The reviews were few, but very complimentary for SASSY, so I called to set up an appointment. This is a very clean, upbeat, cheerful place run by a husband/wife team. Although SASSY has only been open for 5 months or so, this couple has years of experience. They offer pedicures and all up-to-date manicure techniques: gel, dipping powder, acrylic, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at SASSY. I can't wait until I can come back to visit next year! read more

Great nail salon! Family run business, and they were all so kind! We made an appointment and had no waiting. I love that they use fresh utensils! The pedicure chairs were very comfortable. My friend and I both loved the results too! read more

This nail salon is a hidden gem. I almost don't want to tell you about it, because it is so special. This place is nestled at the end of a small shopping center off of highway 98. When you walk in, you find a clean, relaxing, and calm environment. Perfect for unwinding. The owner and their family work there. Their kids are there, and they are just precious. They offer a variety of services and they know their stuff. They've tracked all over and have been doing nails for a long time. The salon is clean. They do not reuse nail files or buffer blocks. They open a clean one for each service. The polish selection is plentiful. This is the first salon I've been to where they do not rush, they are not worried about turning the chair for the next client. They have attention to detail. They take their time. They do their job well and you can tell they enjoy being there and chatting with you. Some many times my experience at nail salons made me not want to come back. I will be back again and again for not only how fabulous my nails look and last (3 weeks polish on my toes and SNS on my nails) but the wonderful staff and clean environment. They guarantee their work! You can find that anywhere anymore! Try this place. You'll be happy you did. read more

Sat for 10-15 with my daughter before they let me know that they couldn't "take care of us" today. An hour and a half before they close! Didn't ask us to book an appointment for another day or anything. Weak way to run a business. Pictures make it look way nicer inside as well! read more

From start to finish excellent experience. Melissa was very good at her job and very kind made me feel right at home . Would highly recommend read more

Not impressed with the nail job at all. Actually, it's quite the disappointment. It was rushed and sloppy. Looks terrible to me since I literally still looks like I need a fill in and I have one a brand new full set. They were done very thin and flimsy- without competing a third coat of power and only one coat of sealant. However the service was on point. Very clean establishment- with nice staff. I was very comfortable there, which is probably why I didn't notice the bad job that was being done on my hand. read more

I absolutely love this place!!! Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. The salon is spotless and has amazing ambiance. They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect!! I can't wait to go back!! read more

I really wanted to like this place. The owners and staff are family and they value their customers and their business. Very clean with none of the toxic fumes from acrylic nail chemicals. But I can't get consistency of results. The first time I didn't notice that the undersides of the nails were rough and snagged on clothing and instead of being rounded, the nails were a kind of square shovel configuration. So I fixed that myself and moved on with life. And made a second appointment. Different person this time (Mom, perhaps?) and I watched in horror as she used the electric grinder to etch crescents into my nails instead of spending the time pushing cuticles out of the way. And again, here comes the shovels. Please, says I, could you round them? No problem. And I have to ask for the nail undersides to be smoothed again. Sigh. Guess what I forgot? To check the nail sides. Which were all pointed. The nails weren't buffed which was another annoyance since I wasn't asking for polish that day. And the half-hearted pedicure was a disappointment. Perhaps it was just That Kind of a Day. I still like this place and am eternally grateful for their unwavering commitment to the highest hygiene standards. I also appreciate the completely nonjudgmental atmosphere (you know, instead of the kind of place where whoever walks through the door gets a dose of Stink Eye from the Regulars) and I can almost survive the exposure to Daytime Menopause Television. But the rudiments of nail care shouldn't be something that have to be monitored and technicians continually reminded. Maybe it's just me. Maybe the absence of polish violates established norms of nail salon orthodoxy. Maybe I should learn to bite my nails and just be quiet. Yeah, that's the ticket. In the meantime, these are still good people operating a very nice salon. Just don't forget to pick your color. read more

My mother and I stopped in for pedicures, and we had a great time. Everything in the shop was super clean and our toes looked great!

They are great! My new nail salon! Not only did she explain everything to me clearly, she was able to tell me what the last place did wrong and why my nails only lasted a week! I was educated, not sold! read more
