I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Beauty Mark! Every visit has been an amazing…read moreexperience, and the results speak for themselves. Avery has completely transformed my brows and lashes. After a previous brow technician left my naturally thick eyebrows over-plucked and far too thin, I honestly didn't think they would ever look the same again. Avery has patiently worked with me session by session to restore their fullness and create the perfect shape. She truly takes her time and pays attention to every detail. On top of her incredible talent, she's so easy to talk to, and our conversations make every appointment something I genuinely look forward to. Haley has also been absolutely amazing with my laser hair removal treatments. I was very self-conscious about the shadow above my upper lip, and after just a few sessions, it's completely gone! Since I have a darker skin tone, I was nervous going into the process, but Haley made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I'll admit I let my nerves get the best of me during my first appointment--even shedding a few tears--but she was so patient, kind, and reassuring. She talked me through everything, never rushed me, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. After that first session, I realized it wasn't nearly as painful as I had built it up to be. Both Avery and Haley are truly A+ professionals. They're incredibly talented, patient, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. If you're looking for amazing results, genuine care, and a team that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, I can't recommend The Beauty Mark--and especially Avery and Haley--highly enough. They've earned a lifelong client in me!

Personalized Service From Start to Finish…read more Fancy Nails in Biloxi was such a great experience! What started as a phone call about a nail repair turned into a personalized consultation with the actual nail tech--never an upcharge, just genuine recommendations based on what I needed. Winnie and Minnie, an award-winning duo, took great care of me with a gel pedicure and matching dip powder manicure. I was visiting from out of town with no appointment, and they accommodated me beautifully. What impressed me most was the atmosphere: every existing client who walked in was greeted by name, and every new client was welcomed like they belonged there. I was a visitor, but they made me feel right at home. Great work, flexible payment options, warm service, and a truly personal experience. Fancy Nails will definitely be a stop whenever I'm back in Biloxi!

I didn't plan it--I just saw the salon, took a breath, and asked if they had space for a walk-in. Lauren, the owner, was the only one in that morning. She had just finished with a client earlier than expected and somehow made room for me without hesitation. I didn't ask for anything complicated--just a cut and style--but what I got was more than a haircut. The salon itself is clean, modern, and airy--comfortable in a way that puts you at ease without trying too hard. But it was Lauren's presence that made the real difference. From the start, she was warm and easy to talk to, and she genuinely welcomed my questions about her life, her business, and her travels. Our conversation was effortless, and being able to shift my focus onto someone so kind and grounded was exactly the kind of happy distraction I didn't know I needed. There were a few people who came in while I was there, hoping for walk-ins, and Lauren treated every one of them with kindness--even while making it clear, without words, that she was fully present with me. She held eye contact, stayed grounded, and somehow made me feel seen the whole time. To be honest, I had a pretty bad haircut experiences a few months prior, and I came in that morning carrying a lot of anxiety. But Lauren's calm, down-to-earth vibe put me at ease in a way I didn't expect. She didn't overdo it--she was just authentically herself. That alone made a huge impact. And yes--my hair looked amazing. I only wish I had asked for styling tips so I could recreate the magic at home. When I left, I felt like a different version of myself--lighter, calmer, more myself. Lauren even recommended a nearby spot where I could work remotely, and her suggestion was perfect. Every piece of that day unfolded better because of her. I live in New Orleans, but I'm genuinely considering making the hour drive just to have Lauren cut my hair again (next time, with an appointment). I wholeheartedly recommend her--not just for her skill, but for who she is.
