I stumbled upon this place while visiting from out of town. My friend and I walked in and asked if…read morethey had time for two one-hour massages and they said they could accommodate us in 30 minutes. We came back and the experience was great! The massage was AMAZING and I was so not ready for it to be over after the hour was up. All the ladies that work there are incredibly nice and told my friend and me about the local area and places to check out. We were even served mimosas after the massage while we were just chit chatting (I'm a sucker for mimosas)! Also, I have to mention the ambiance and look of the spa. It looks high end and very clean, but welcoming at the same time; great combo. I'm planning on going back before I leave. I got a terrible manicure at another place in the area, so when I go back I'm going to get my nails redone. Also, I think I'll get a pedicure, another massage, and my eyebrows done for a total pamper day and I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks ladies!!

I came here from out of town and got a spray tan. Initially, the workers discussed with me not…read morehonoring my membership because this wasn't my home location. (This has never happened to me before). They have 2 spray tan booths (4 turn & 2 turn) but the 2 turn was broken down currently. The workers were transparent that the 4 turn does not work the best by the looks of their face but promised it would still give a great spray that upholds the PBT experience. The 4 turn has 4 cycles of the spray and on the last cycle the cartridge was already completely out and did not spray me. I went to the front desk and asked for a second spray which I had to pay for again. I feel like I should've gotten the second for free but i was not offered that. A friend who works at a PBT out of town agrees that if someone is not satisfied she gives the second spray free because it is a machine spraying you after all. I woke up this morning and I am ORANGE. I paid for 2 spray tans and ended up with the worst spray ever. I've sprayed at PBT for 12 years and I've never had such an awful spray. I went back to the location today to show them my awful spray tan and she just told me to go home and "try some DIY." Also the worker replied "wow I've never seen it do it that bad" but she never offered me a refund. I will never come to this PBT location again. Here I am attaching a picture of my spray tan. I am so disappointed and upset in my spray tan and the customer service here. The manager needs to get rid of the 4 turn spray booth if even the workers know that the machine does not spray up to par of the PBT experience.

I can't say enough about this little gem in Biloxi MS. First off the staff or owner not sure who I…read moredealt with were so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I had 4 services scheduled for a Friday when our flight there was cancelled. I called just as they were closing they had to call me back because they had to be somewhere. Called me back and we worked on an alternate time later in the day that Friday. Everything worked out. I received the facial which was wonderful. I'm a size 20 and the robe they give you actually fit me. The relaxing music was a little loud but I chose not to say anything. My daughter did and it was quickly turned down. I had the massage afterward and she concentrated on all the areas I requested even my feet. It was amazing. My daughter also got a facial and massage but with different added amenities. She really enjoyed herself and it provided the relaxing spa day we were looking for. Originally we had appts booked at the Beau Rivage (where we were staying) but we decided to look around and although this place wasn't cheap we were able to get 4 services for what it would have cost us for only 2 at the Beau Rivage. And our masseuse actually works at the BR spa on the weekends so we basically got the same service. This spa has many other amenities to choose from. If you are in the area looking for a relaxing experience give them a try.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent…read moreexperience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.
