I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent experience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. I was about 5 minutes early but the lady let me in and made me a cup of tea. I called and made an appointment the day before for an underarm detox, ear candling and lymphatic massage. The gentleman took my credit card to secure the appointment and told me it would about 2-2.5 hours for everything, which was perfect. However, they never had me down for an appointment at all. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and extremely unorganized. No one was there to provide my services so I waited about 20 minutes, relaxed and drank my tea. Someone finally arrived and I explained what services I needed. She brought me back to the room while she set everything up. It was definitely a different type of experience as I never had an underarm detox or ear candling. The lymphatic massage was not at all what I was expecting she massaged near my armpits for no more than 15 minutes while whatever she put on my armpit soaked in, if that's the correct word. The ear candling was pretty cool and she basically told me I can do it myself so super cheap. I was out of there in less than an hour. I was given a spray for my armpits and a sample of sea moss gel (which happened to be good). I wasn't impressed with the services which was so unfortunate because I would rather patronize a local small business instead of a franchise. read more

I was just looking for a massage therapist while here TDY and somehow ran into this healing spa. The available options spoke to me, I knew I had to give them a chance, and I thank God that I did. I waited a few days to post my review, leaving there I felt so refreshed and something told me to wait to explain the lasting effects instead of the immediate. I went in for my first ever reiki session this last weekend and it's an experience I'll never forget. During, I had so many break throughs and reassurances that I knew exactly why I was there. Initially, I didn't realize how much I needed that healing but I felt the positive shift throughout my session. Days after I still feel the remnants of removing the blockages I had and have been enlightened. After my reiki, I did the foot detox. The look in the foot tub was GNARLY however, the after effects have been great! Prior to, I was experiencing sluggishness and acne. The day after the detox I did breakout but on day two and three, my skin cleared up and the inflammation was minimal. Also, I haven't needed energy drinks since. Ask for Gary when you get a massage. To call him merely a massage therapist does him a real disservice. A 90-minute massage from him is more of a spiritual experience. I had the pleasure of coming back by here today. I was doing a IV with vitamin B12 and vitamin C. The atmosphere here is always so pleasant. I decided to add on a foot detox for $25. I was a little sad today because my puppy had passed away last night .The owner brought me a pretty rose color stone and said it helps with grief and opens the heart. Came to Biloxi for a weekend away and after walking around stumbled upon The Rejuvination Station. Decided to get a massage around 5 but we arrived a bit early. To compensate for the time difference, we decided we would also get the foot detox. This experience was both gross and cool at the same time. It's interesting to see toxins being removed from your body via your feet. While we sat for our detox, the staff offered us champagne, which we happily accepted while we relaxed. The staff here is wonderfully informative and helpful. Always ready to offer anything you may need. Moving on to the massage.....it was AMAZING!! I got a swedish massage and words can't describe how phenomenal this massage was. I informed my therapist of tension in my neck and shoulders and she made sure she concentrated on the specific areas I requested. I've had deep tissue before, so I was expecting it to hurt, but she managed to do everything to where it didn't hurt for me like it has before.
