I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent experience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets. read more

I was about 5 minutes early but the lady let me in and made me a cup of tea. I called and made an appointment the day before for an underarm detox, ear candling and lymphatic massage. The gentleman took my credit card to secure the appointment and told me it would about 2-2.5 hours for everything, which was perfect. However, they never had me down for an appointment at all. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and extremely unorganized. No one was there to provide my services so I waited about 20 minutes, relaxed and drank my tea. Someone finally arrived and I explained what services I needed. She brought me back to the room while she set everything up. It was definitely a different type of experience as I never had an underarm detox or ear candling. The lymphatic massage was not at all what I was expecting she massaged near my armpits for no more than 15 minutes while whatever she put on my armpit soaked in, if that's the correct word. The ear candling was pretty cool and she basically told me I can do it myself so super cheap. I was out of there in less than an hour. I was given a spray for my armpits and a sample of sea moss gel (which happened to be good). I wasn't impressed with the services which was so unfortunate because I would rather patronize a local small business instead of a franchise. read more

Reiki session was amazing!! I love this place & the people who work there! Rates are also very reasonable

I was just looking for a massage therapist while here TDY and somehow ran into this healing spa. The available options spoke to me, I knew I had to give them a chance, and I thank God that I did. I waited a few days to post my review, leaving there I felt so refreshed and something told me to wait to explain the lasting effects instead of the immediate. I went in for my first ever reiki session this last weekend and it's an experience I'll never forget. During, I had so many break throughs and reassurances that I knew exactly why I was there. Initially, I didn't realize how much I needed that healing but I felt the positive shift throughout my session. Days after I still feel the remnants of removing the blockages I had and have been enlightened. After my reiki, I did the foot detox. The look in the foot tub was GNARLY however, the after effects have been great! Prior to, I was experiencing sluggishness and acne. The day after the detox I did breakout but on day two and three, my skin cleared up and the inflammation was minimal. Also, I haven't needed energy drinks since. The staff were so nice and accommodating, and their tea is delicious. If you haven't tried their services yet, do yourself a favor and book with them read more

Went in for IV Therapy and the staff & the other clients were very welcoming and warm. After our IV I asked if I could get a foot detox and they flexed and worked me in and my husband received a deep tissue massage. I would recommend this business. They are wellness professionals and really seem to care about their clients. read more

Fabulous massage & service! The atmosphere is very welcoming. We were thrilled to find this place instead of going to the over-priced resort spa. I highly recommend it!! read more

The Rejuvenation Station is our favorite massage place on the gulf coast! Everyone is so friendly and works diligently to provide the most relaxing atmosphere for a perfect unwinding session. Mark is always such a pleasure on the phone and usually works us in same day! We booked a 90 minute couples massage and had the pleasure of having Jill and Brook as our masseuses. They were WONDERFUL. It was the best massage either of us have ever received and we can't wait to go back! read more

Great place. Service is excellent and reasonable pricing. Will be back regularly! Thank you

Ask for Gary when you get a massage. To call him merely a massage therapist does him a real disservice. A 90-minute massage from him is more of a spiritual experience. He will not only relax you, but he will also move energy and unblock emotions. I live in Atlanta, but a trip to RS and Gary is always on the books when I'm in Biloxi. C. Ellis read more

If we can put more than 5 stars we would!!! This place is everything you need all wrapped in one! Marc was such a friendly, genuine & down to earth person who helped us schedule the appointment over the phone. Ms. Mary greeted us with some great information. I had Paul and and my husband had Kelly & let's just say their hands are made for this!! Each were both attentive, great pressure and were our best massages we've had in a while. We def plan on coming to see them again soon and will be recommending them & the rejuvenation station to everyone who will listen. read more

It was a calm and quiet environment. The message was great and the staff was friendly. My only things were: - they asked a few times to separate my couple's massage (takes away from desired experience) - the prenatal setup was not comfortable - my husband did not get the full body message that we booked read more

Let me start with the artwork. I love it. The massage was great. So comfortable. Roy did a great job. I also did foot detox. It was great as well. The receptionist was great, very informative. I stayed for like 3 or 4 hours. It was great, relaxing day. As a teacher, I look for any moment that I can relax. You should try this place out. You will enjoy the experience Just as much as the services. Did I mention you get complimentary wine. Okay! read more

It was a very positive vibe, a nice and calm environment walking in and I was greeted pleasantly. The massage experience was professional and personalized to the areas that needed extra attention. As a was checking out I received water and a plus, scented bath salts. This place is concerned with both body and mind. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. read more

I visited this massage parlor on January 18. 2020. This massage parlor is so good I'm still thinking about it! My cousin and I were in town staying at the Beau Rivage and wanted massages but did not want to pay hotel massage prices. So, I looked on Yelp and found Rejuvenation Spa. I felt welcomed right away over the phone. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. My massage was wonderful. How could it not be? It was done by Stacy! Afterwards, I met Mark, who made our appointment. He was welcoming and kind and very conversational. This is not just a spa, it's an experience. Can't wait to go back! read more

I had the pleasure of coming back by here today. I was doing a IV with vitamin B12 and vitamin C. The atmosphere here is always so pleasant. I decided to add on a foot detox for $25. I was a little sad today because my puppy had passed away last night .The owner brought me a pretty rose color stone and said it helps with grief and opens the heart. They are in a new building and it is fabulous. They are going to be having yoga classes here. They also do body massages. The owners of this place have a wonderful aura about them. You will enjoy coming here read more

Therapist was very inexperienced and had no pressure for the massage. She discontinued the massage due to edema being present in my lower legs. I respect her decision but when I was charged $50 for no real massage work I do not believe that this was fair. I would not recommend Rejuvenation Station for services! Best massage my friend and I have ever had. Great atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. We will be going back when we come to Biloxi.

Cathy did an amazing job! Scheduled for same day an hour massage and in the first 5 mins she was able to find all the knots! Highly recommending this place after my friend referred me. The owner Mark is also so friendly! read more

Came to Biloxi for a weekend away and after walking around stumbled upon The Rejuvination Station. Decided to get a massage around 5 but we arrived a bit early. To compensate for the time difference, we decided we would also get the foot detox. This experience was both gross and cool at the same time. It's interesting to see toxins being removed from your body via your feet. While we sat for our detox, the staff offered us champagne, which we happily accepted while we relaxed. The staff here is wonderfully informative and helpful. Always ready to offer anything you may need. Moving on to the massage.....it was AMAZING!! I got a swedish massage and words can't describe how phenomenal this massage was. I informed my therapist of tension in my neck and shoulders and she made sure she concentrated on the specific areas I requested. At the end of the massage I was left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and in state of sleepy euphoria. I would absolutely reccomend this facility for any of your wellness needs. read more

The bes service ever! I will definitely recommend to everyone. The guy in the front it's so kind and the ladies do a great job

I booked a deep tissue massage here because I had slept on my neck wrong and it was hurting for days afterwards. Booking it was easy, and when I got there I was instantly captivated by the pretty decor and interesting products for sale (crystals, artwork, animal figurines, soaps, etc). My massage was with Kathy and it was the best massage I have ever had! I've had deep tissue before, so I was expecting it to hurt, but she managed to do everything to where it didn't hurt for me like it has before. I was so relaxed the whole time that I nearly fell asleep. she had me in a trance! Now that I'm home I'm chugging water and my body still feels like pudding. And yes my neck does feel much better! The staff was so friendly and I'm so grateful for a positive experience where I felt immediately respected and taken care of. Definitely worth the price and I highly recommend coming here! read more

Stumbled upon this gem when a friend and I were lost searching for a Nail Salon. The owners went above and beyond for us after receiving our massages. Drove us back to our hotel so we didn't have to Uber and even got in touch and offered to take us to the nearest nail salon after. Many customers came in who were regulars and were greeted by name. The place was super clean and relaxing. Highly recommended and next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back!! read more
