I absolutely recommend this location. My stay was fantastic. I received a massage which granted access to a steam room, sauna, cold room, waterfall pool, his/her lounge room, showers, towels, a robe, and complimentary water. I also received my own lockable locker, slippers to wear around the facility and access to a drink menu which lists alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks for a charge. I plan to visit here for a gel pedicure and i'm so excited! They have a women's only section and a separate section for couples to enjoy together. read more

I purchased the $50 day pass, which is very affordable compared to many spas, so value-wise it's a fair deal. Overall, the experience was average. Unfortunately, the snow room was out of order, which was disappointing and one of the main features I was looking forward to. The steam room was fine but did not have the eucalyptus scent that's typically expected. The sauna was on the smaller side but worked well, and the hot tub itself was nice. The biggest downside was the atmosphere. It was extremely crowded, and the vibe leaned more toward social hour than relaxation. Most spas encourage quiet so everyone can enjoy the experience, but two separate groups were loudly chatting in the hot tub for over an hour, and nothing was said or enforced by staff. Their conversations could be heard throughout other areas, which took away from the calm, spa-like environment. Overall, the price is appealing, but better crowd management, feature maintenance, and enforcing spa etiquette would significantly improve the experience. read more

I've used this spa multiple times in the past and typically enjoy it, which is why this visit was so disappointing. During my most recent visit, the women's spa area was uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior in shared spaces that staff did not address. When I brought it to the attention of the spa attendant, I was told they could not intervene. Later, when concerns were shared with management, there was no acknowledgment or follow-up. This isn't about anyone's identity. It's about behavior and the lack of enforcement of basic spa etiquette in a gender-segregated environment. A spa should feel relaxing and respectful for all guests, and this experience was neither. My massage was great! Emmilee was my massage therapist. My husband paid $55 for himself a pedicure that only took about 10-15 minutes, not as advertised. Given the price and the expectations of a spa environment, clearer policies, better communication, and staff empowerment are needed. I hope this is addressed, as I've enjoyed this spa in the past and would like to again. read more

This visit was my second time at Senses. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the courteous staff. After a quick check in, we went and got changed and met up in the lounge. We had a refreshing mimosa and enjoyed the comfy chairs before being brought back for our services. I booked Meg for my masseuse and Tamara for my husbands. I've had massages from both women and they're equally phenomenal! The room we were brought to for our service is so serene and peaceful! It's tucked in the back of the spa and overlooks the bay. There's an attached room with a jacuzzi and shower for couples who book the spark package. After a quick change, our massage therapists came back in. We chose our essential oils we wanted and the massage began. Pure bliss is what you can call it! I absolutely love that the hot stones are used during the couples massage! They put a wonderful touch on an already amazing service. We both enjoyed our massages and afterwards went to use the coed steam room and jacuzzi's for a while. I can't wait to come back already! read more

I recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes to get checked in. In the mens lounge there is a steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, dressing room with lockers and showers. There is also a coed lounge with steam room to enjoy. If you are a local and have a players card, they offer 20% off on Sundays-Thursdays except holidays for massages. I will start by saying that this was a great spa facility. Very clean and the staff were attentive. However, I booked a massage for my birthday with my mother and cousin (who flew in from out of town). As I was walking into the massage room with my masseuse she asked if I'd had surgery (I have not been asked that through the ENTIRE process of booking a month or so in advance). I told her I had a minor minimally invasive surgery 4-weeks ago and was cleared by my doctor 2-weeks ago during my post-op appointment. I was then told that I could not be serviced due to the casino's policy of 6 weeks post-surgery services. The manager came and spoke to me after and told me that I needed a doctor's note. I asked her if I could call my doctor to clear things up. She said no and that I wouldn't be serviced today regardless of whether I called my doctor or not. This was extremely disappointing, untimely, and inconvenient. If this information had been asked/given before I could've saved myself money, time, and effort. I feel like this situation could've been avoided if the policy had been given before making an appointment. Now I'm left with no massage for my birthday. read more

This spa is definitely the place to go for self-care. Not only can you get an incredible massage, but you can also pamper yourself for the day. The price of our massage included the use of a steam room, hot tub, sauna, and showers. Once you arrive for your appointment, you'll be taken back to change into a robe and sandals. I wasn't the biggest fan of the IP hotel or casino area, but honestly, I love, Love, LOVE the senses spa. This should be the highlight of the whole casino. I went in around noon-ish the week of mardi gras. I was asking about the services they offer. They don't have a description of each of the different type of services so I had to ask about each and every one. (I recommend making that change to a brochure or at least something at the desk). They were all nice about describing each thing to me, like what is the blueberry wrap, what is the bamboo massage, etc. So then they asked when I would like to come in, and I was like, uh, now? And they told me they were completely booked for everything except for an express facial. I WILL TAKE IT!. (I had several hours to kill before catching an evening flight, I would have taken just about anything they had open. $385 spa package? I totally would have taken it!) So when you walk in, they explain everything about the spa, the services and the locker room/changing area, lounge areas and the wet areas. They give you a robe and shoes to change in to. If you plan on visiting the wet area, bring your swimsuit. The showers have body wash, shampoo and conditioner, which they provide. There is another room you can blow dry, curl or straighten your hair--which they provide. The wet area. There is a dry sauna, a wet sauna, a cold room and a whirlpool. Mind you this is all women only. They said since I didn't bring my swimsuit, I could just wrap up in a towel to visit the rooms, or stay in my robe. I loved the arctic chill room. It was dark with blue lighting and if there were loungers in there, I could have slept in there. While I looked in the dry and wet sauna, I decided not to steam out. I really would have needed a shower before my flight. Instead, I spent some time chilling and I put my feet in the whirlpool. It was nice. (BRING YOUR SWIMSUIT) I also spent a fair amount of time in the lounge area. There is the women's only area which had a TV and the Coed area which had loungers and spa music. Some people were sleeping while waiting for their appointment. My name was called and I went back to the room for my facial. I was asked if I wanted to disrobe. I opted not to since I was just getting a facial, I totally would have for a massage. The facial was lovely. She cleaned the make up off and used some foamy cleaner. Next she used a vitamin c massage mask and rubbed that into my skin. After that, she cleaned some blackheads and gunk out of my pores. Then she moisturized my skin and I was all set. She lead me back out to the lounge area and I could stay there for as long as I wanted. Eventually, I needed to get ready for my flight back home. Begrudgingly, I pulled myself together and left. This was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. I even started looking in my local town for something as good as this with no such luck. This is a late review, however a necessary one. While stationed in Biloxi for work, I visited Senses Spa on four occasions. The first three visits were absolutely amazing. Jason is a great Massage Therapist and Jamie is a great Aesthetician. The staff at the front desk were always very professional and friendly. Unfortunately it is my final visit to the spa on Mother's Day that earned a low review. I came in for a pedicure and Ande was my technician. Not only did she not listen to me when I asked her to file my nails rather than cut them, but she also thought it appropriate to have a conversation about race relations in Mississippi. While I was trying to just sit back and relax, Ande began speaking about her personal life and her time living in Alabama (I never asked where she was from or anything about her personal life). She proceeded to tell me how people in Alabama believed people in Mississippi to be racist and then told me that "people in Mississippi are not racist." She then went on to tell me that the confederate flag is "heritage and not hate." How inappropriate. This was my very last time visiting the spa. It is unfortunate that Senses Spa has such an employee especially when all the other staff members have been amazing. read more

Really good spa like atmosphere. You have full access to the spa amenities all day long when you have an appointment (gym, Jacuzzi sauna). Everything was so luxurious. I came early and use the gym and stayed after my treatments to explore the rest. The robes are amazingly soft. The massage and facial I received were of average skill. Nothing to write home about. The two treatments together cost me over $350 but you pay for all the "extra". I would go back for special occasions on a weekday not a weekend. I was told by employee that the spa is crazy busy during the weekends. I can't imagine being able to relax. But I went on a Tuesday morning, there was only a handful of other "spa goers" around. It was my birthday weekend and I needed some "me time" away from my husband and son. I treated myself to a facial and massage. The facial was amazing! I opted for the 80 min facial which included a hand, foot, and hot oil treatment massage. The massage was also amazing, she made sure I was comfortable and if the pressure was just right. My husband's Christmas gift to me was the Sense of Center package, which is a mani/pedi and an hour long massage. She did a beautiful job on my nails, and the massage was wonderful; he even pulled out the hot stones to help work out some tension I had in my shoulders. But my favorite part was the amenities; i would back and just pay for a day pass to use the wet facilities! There is a whirlpool with a waterfall, a sauna, a steam room, and an "Arctic snow room" to cool off in with little snowflakes floating around! There's also a lounge area with super comfy chairs and complimentary refreshments, and the locker rooms have just about every kind of toiletry and styling product you could need! I thoroughly enjoyed my day there and only wish I had stayed a little longer! read more
