When I'm in town visiting relatives, I stop by this nail salon. They are always very kind and…read moreaccommodating. I typically get a gel manicure and spa pedicure with regular polish. My nails are usually very short, cuticles/nail bed a nightmare (thanks anxiety), but they always manage to make them look presentable again. One thing I will mention, and please keep this in mind, *gel and regular polish, although marked the same color, most often is NOT*. I picked a deep shimmery maroon and the gel polish for my nails were blood red the first time around. Needless to say I was so flustered! The lady removed the gel, helped me find a color closer to the traditional polish on my toes, and reapplied until I was satisfied. She apologized profusely, but it wasn't her fault. We were both annoyed with the inconsistency of the polish and even laughed about how terrible the initial color was. Point being, if you are unhappy with your service, let them know while you are present so they can remedy the issue instead of writing a nasty review online after you leave. The only critique I will give is - they could massage a bit longer with the exfoliating scrub, which is my favorite part. I am grateful to the nail tech for being patient with me and not stopping until I was a happy customer. I will always support this business!

I have family in Missippi. I've found this beautiful place because of the yelp reviews. I was a bit…read morea skeptical about my visit, because it's actually under a NEW MANAGEMENT. I honestly didn't know if they'd do a good job. Getting my nails done is a treat for me, because I can only get them when I'm on vacation. Which is only once every 2 months. So quality and satisfaction truly matters to me. I don't want to look at ugly nails all day for 2 weeks. It'd be a waste of time and money for me. This girl likes perfection and I'm hard to please. Plus I tip about $30 for my full set with designs. I thought I'd test my luck. Why not? It's okay to give chances once in a while because you'll never know what the outcome is. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a warm, and enthusiastic manner. I feel very welcomed. It was Tuyen who greeted me at the door. He is a very nice fella. Not to mentioned he made me laugh, and we cracked jokes while I was getting my nails done by him. There was never dull moment. To be honest, I've never had a guy worked on my nails before, and I'm so surprised by his skills, and approachable and witty personality. He listens to my concerns, and I told him I'm a nail snob. I'm quite hard to please because I've always received great care from a shop in California. I didn't know what Missippi has to offer. I'm extremely happy with my nails, I showed him a picture of what I want, and added a few things. He did better than what I've imagined. He is an over achiever for sure. He also mentioned there are a lot of good techs here, and others would take good care of me if he is busy during my next visit. He recommended few techs to try out. I'd definitely come back and visit. I found my 2nd favorite spot to get my nails done. Thank you Tuyen for your time and effort to pamper me. I Love your work and your amazing personality!

The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment. I didn't see any sterilization and no one opened any new packaging.
