Very clean equipment. Very courteous staff. They ask you to choose which fragrance you want for the massage scrub. The staff was courteous. Prices are very high in my opinion ($129 for mani/pedi). The pedicure was good but the polish job was bad. There is polish on the cuticle of all my toes. The gel dip manicure was atrocious. The lady rushed through it and the finished job reflected that. Again, polish is on all cuticles and it's lumpy. I will not return. Let Me start with this, the woman that checked me in (Tiffany I think) was sweet and the man who did my nails was ok however when I checked in they were very unsure if he would be the best for me because they didn't think he could do what I was asking for. Once he started I told him instead of the more detailed request I'll Just get nude ombré to brown. He was rough with my nails and the job was terrible! What was done was disgustingly sloppy and already lifting ( I got my nails done 9/4/21 and it 9/7/21) the nails are lumpy and he really just rushed and was not very skilled.Im just so disappointed and will never recommend this establishment to anyone. My shellac polish had large air bubbles on a couple of nails, and one has come off after barely a week. My friend's shellac came completely off on two nails the very next day. I've been a customer of Queen Nails for at least eight years, every two weeks I get my nails and toe nails done. Chris does a great job. But the business customer service has a lot improvement to do. Today, Chris was off and stopped by to get an ingrown nail taken care...the owner told me that I had to have a pedicure if I wanted to have the ingrown nail taken care of. In my opinion, that's not a very customer oriented! Especially, when you are a devoted customer. another area I would like to appoint is sanitation...this business need a deep cleaning....stations and chairs are very stained and dusty. read more

I am giving three stars instead of one because I did actually leave there with AMAZING looking nails. I chose this location because on yellowpages.com it said there is a 20% discount for new clients. I get there, and the girl at the counter says that I can only get that if I printed the coupon from yellowpages, so I cannot get that discount. I later got the manager (I think he was, at least) to agree that the discount does actually apply if its on your phone. So the nail tech "Thien" tells me that its literally impossible to paint a line across the top of my nails with paint underneath, like a french manicure (although I do this every few weeks at various nail salons). Then he finally agrees to do it, as long as I understand it will probably look crappy, AND that it will have a $15 upcharge. After the manager (?) corrected him that it was actually less, he became quite agitated. After he realized I was also getting 20% off of my services, he was even MORE agitated. The fact that Thien did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails does not take away from the fact that he was so visibly agitated over a "special" (not really) request, and even angrier that I wasn't being made to pay the small fortune that he wanted me to pay for it. I was offered the opportunity to fill out a comment card with my issues, for a chance to win a free haircut, but since I do not live in Biloxi, I wouldn't be here to use it anyway... read more

Called with 4 hours notice for a party of 4. Not an ordinary party of 4... of this party, one set of toes had not been to pedi rehab in 15 years. Another set of toes had clearly been to the mountain top, peaked over to the other side, fought through the Battles of Normandy, and sashayed back through the Sahara Desert. i informed the tech that took care of my Grampy that this was her first pedicure experience. This guy was AWESOME!!! (I think he was the owner) Of course i watched him like a hawk because he was taking care of my Grampy. She had the Deluxe "Nu Skin" package. I don't know the guy's name, but i was in AWGH with the way he took care of my Grampy. He explained every single step and made sure she was comfortable throughout the experience. He did a GREAT job with her pedicure and she was giddy with excitement from the results all day. Not to mention, after we arrive, i added another person to the spa treatment, and she was accommodated with no problems as well. I've been to this place many times before with excellent customer service. I felt the need to leave this review because we received outstanding service while the salon was short-handed on techs. When a company provides this type of customer service with a skeleton crew... they deserve a great review. From the receptionist to the final coat of polish, my expectations were exceeded. I would give a zero if I could. This place is awful!! Do a horrible job they are rude, and want to rip you off. I went in for acrylic and was told to pick a color. I was unaware that the color I chose was $17 more and was not told so. My toes and nails were supposed to match and they did not at all. The lady named Ann was very rude and was rushing the whole time, even caught my finger with the electric file and kept yanking my hand. When i got to checkout and realizes how much they were charging i spoke to the manager and he was very rude as well. Ann then defended herself saying she told me i was getting a special gel which she did not she said "is this the color you want?" She was rude as rude can be. My nails haven't looked this good in years! The service was great, and Mrs. Tammy took the time to talk to me about what I wanted. Then, she suggested something I hadn't considered because she thought it would look better, and it does! Having a nail tech offer advice and options is something completely new to me....most just do exactly what you ask (or at least try), nothing more. But, when Mrs. Tammy took the time to offer her expert opinion I realized how knowledgeable she is in her craft. My nails turned out great and I am very pleased! I will definitely be returning to the salon soon to try out those comfy looking pedicure chairs. read more

The staff was friendly enough , unless you ask them to fix a mistake. The finished product is acceptable but I've definitely had better. The nail tech that was doing my friends nails, Teresa, got real snippy when my friend asked her to fix a huge glob of nail polish that was on the side of her fingernail. And the tech that was doing my nails, Cindy, was real sweet, not real talkative. But the devil came out of her when I accidentally dinged my nail putting it under the light. When I hit my nail on the light comma she gave this huge Dramatics I and proceeded to chastise me about being more careful. And if you look at the picture that I put you'll see that I have gel nail polish and acrylic on my fingers that she would not clean off because she had somebody else waiting for her, and I have a huge glob of gel polish under another nail that she would not take care of. Between my friend and I, we spent over $150, and that before the tip! Needless to say, I will not be going back there to get my nails done, or anything else, ever again! So if you're looking for a nail salon that's local, The Nail Bar in D'Iberville is awesome, ask for Vicki. The only reason we went to Queen Nails & Day Spa is because it's close to my friends house. I kept asking him why I had so much Whitell showing? He kept telling me thats where my cuticle is. I am a Dental Assistant I gave lots of pts parents come in and alot of them do nails so after he convinced me I went to work and I was asked by several who did my nails. I told them and they told me I shold go back and tell them the need to fix them because I did not have a good manicure and there should be No white showing. This salon was recommended by a friend but turned out to be quite a disappointment. I went with my mother and my maid of honor to get mani/pedis for my wedding. We all three had negative experiences. Turned out to be the worst mani/pedi I've received so far and highly over priced. I paid $100 for both basic shellac mani and pedi and I normally pay that price at the Four Seasons Hotel Spa in Austin, Texas where I live and have a much more beautiful experience. To top it off, my nail tech was not friendly or nice either which was disappointing, as well. If I asked her questions or told her I wanted things a certain way she gave me very objectionable looks. The salon also looks very fancy but it doesn't live up to expectations. To say the least, I won't be returning in the future and highly recommend you do your research before taking recommendations from others. read more

Very clean place to go. I've been a regular there for a while, and they have a discount system set up where each dollar you spend, you get a point, after $300/points, they give you $5 off. But every time I type my number in to get the points, it never seems to reach 300, it always backtracks?! And all you get is $5. If I've spent that much, I would expect a little bit more. Or a coupon or something. It does seem like they pack too many people in at a time so they rush your experience. They massage your feet/legs for less than 30seconds and always feel like they skip steps to get you done faster. If you ask the front desk if they have openings, they just say no, instead of finding a different time or day they can fit you in. They do give you wine or beer or water at your appointment, so that's nice. I just wish they would take a little more time on each person and don't skip the full experience that it says it comes with, especially for the price! But I will continue to go here because they do do good job and the place is decorated good. read more

Me and my husband are from New Orleans. He wanted to treat me to a pedicure and found Queens. This was one of the best places that I have ever been to. Both my husband and I got pedicures. They offer complementary drinks while getting pedicure. No harsh chemical smells like some other nail salons. Was extremely relaxing. Many choices for pedicures. Chris and Teresa were excellent. Chris did a great job on the entire pedicure especially the nail polish. I have been to many places where the polish was still on the sides. Teresa was great with my husband-as men have rough feet. Very polite and very attentive. Explained the many choices and suggested what was the best for each of us. Price was very reasonable especially for the exceptional service. Recently had a pedicure done paid for a deluxe pedicure. It was over in 30 minutes and was absolutely the worst pedi I have ever had. I have never had a pedi hurt before. While trimming cuticles, twice I was cut and actually drew blood. The polish was applied terribly with lines and not fully covering the nail. Will not return, ever. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. read more
