The worst place to get your nails done at i've been looking everywhere for a spot someone recommended me this place i dislike it bad recommendation especially with the rude careless customer service! Wow, how do they get business?! I definitely wont be coming back or recommending anyone here. read more

Very clean equipment. Very courteous staff. They ask you to choose which fragrance you want for the massage scrub. The hot towel treatment included in with the pedicure is awesome, I recommend the hot wax addition. Good service, free beer, and massaging chair = perfect! Guys don't be shy, keep your feet healthy! read more

I walked in and was completely ignored for a good 7 minutes. No hello. No how can we help you. Very rude. I have came here many times before but will not anymore. Unprofessional and extremely rude. read more

The place is nice and they do a good job, but the cost is entirely too high for what you get. The massage is quick, it's all too fast for having a basic pedicure starting at $50. Two pedicures were $160. read more

The staff was courteous. Prices are very high in my opinion ($129 for mani/pedi). The pedicure was good but the polish job was bad. There is polish on the cuticle of all my toes. The gel dip manicure was atrocious. The lady rushed through it and the finished job reflected that. Again, polish is on all cuticles and it's lumpy. I will not return. I gave 1 star because you can't choose 0. read more

Found this local gem after classmates tried other salons and were dissatisfied. Glad I did! Great job fixing both my big toe nails that were injured! Sadly I can't find the photo I had taken. read more

Tim hurt me and had me near faint with pain in thin nail removal with one finger bleeding. Took over one hour and had to go home and cry with tears in pain and worst yet hoping an infection doesn't happen. This was the WORST ever and didn't appreciate Tim putting nails in as he did rather than curved as I asked for. The result looks terrible with rimbles showing through. Price was overpriced and NEVER to return there again. I can't imagine how the owner would feel about my experience, IF able to understand my situation. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let Me start with this, the woman that checked me in (Tiffany I think) was sweet and the man who did my nails was ok however when I checked in they were very unsure if he would be the best for me because they didn't think he could do what I was asking for. Once he started I told him instead of the more detailed request I'll Just get nude ombré to brown. He was rough with my nails and the job was terrible! What was done was disgustingly sloppy and already lifting ( I got my nails done 9/4/21 and it 9/7/21) the nails are lumpy and he really just rushed and was not very skilled.Im just so disappointed and will never recommend this establishment to anyone. I wish I could get my money back but I will go to my regular tech and have her fix this candy corn mess( that's what my nails look like, this is NOT ombré) read more

Pedicures for myself and fiancé . Prompt service . Attentive and good coffee. Prices have increased and noticed all techs display license's

I went in for a pedicure with my best friend. We both received a service and enjoyed it. The nail techs were very thorough and took their time and made sure we enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be back! read more

I absolutely LOVED my experience, even with a rambunctious 3 year old miss An, was incredibly patient with me and how picky I can be! The Pedicure was fantastic, the full set custom nails EVEN BETTER! I highly recommend, and miss An deserves a raise read more

Phu is the best! I refer all my clients to Queens and everyone is always so satisfied. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you Queens for always being so kind when I call and get me in with ease. read more

Nancy at the Cedar Lake / Popp's Ferry location was excellent! She was very nice and did a wonderful job on my gel pedicure. I do think Queen's prices are a little high, compared to other nail salons, but they always provide excellent service. I've been to the St. Martin location many times and have always been pleased. Im excited they're opening another location in Ocean Springs. read more

Had to make a stop on vacation to get my nails filled and this was a great spot to pick. Everyone is very kind and we had great conversation. My nails look amazing and he even reshaped them to make them more coffin-like. I definitely recommend this place and I definitley recommend Tea to do your acrylics. They also offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer! read more

Queen's Nails & Day Spa - Nails - Hair Salons Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

Deviated from my normal salon while I was in the area based on a recommendation from a coworker. Salon is nice, people are great....nails terrible. My shellac polish had large air bubbles on a couple of nails, and one has come off after barely a week. My friend's shellac came completely off on two nails the very next day. Didn't worry about going to get them fixed since I didn't care for the way they use so much polish. read more

Nice place ... enjoyed my pedicure somewhat Pedicure- to fast and aggressive like trying to hurry to much. Manicure- very aggressive taking my gel polish off and when trimming my nails and the skin I got cut twice which they never asked if I was ok or anything Something that's supposed to be relaxing became annoying.... Won't return read more

I've been a customer of Queen Nails for at least eight years, every two weeks I get my nails and toe nails done. Chris does a great job. But the business customer service has a lot improvement to do. Today, Chris was off and stopped by to get an ingrown nail taken care...the owner told me that I had to have a pedicure if I wanted to have the ingrown nail taken care of. In my opinion, that's not a very customer oriented! Especially, when you are a devoted customer. another area I would like to appoint is sanitation...this business need a deep cleaning....stations and chairs are very stained and dusty. read more

Called same day to make an appointment and was given various options within my desired time frame. Nice, clean salon. Based on my first visit, I will be returning. read more

Queen's Nails & Day Spa - Quick and friendly service for an appointment made on the same day. - Hair Salons Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

I made an appointment for my nails and a pedicure. David did my nails, and although he took his time, my nails still looked lumpy. He took so much time that my pedicure felt rushed. Nothing looked terrible, I just think it could have been better with a more experienced tech! read more

Very unprofessional and argued about repairing my nails . The receptionist is kind and the lash technician is amazing. The attitude of the nail tech was childish and immature. read more

Do not recommend.... the pedicure was not good. The guy did not want to be there. He was in a rush. No good customer service even til the end. Never helped to grab my Items or tell me where to dry... etc.... but the worst part is my foot has been in excruciating pain since I went on Saturday. It's definitely not normal. read more

I am giving three stars instead of one because I did actually leave there with AMAZING looking nails. I chose this location because on yellowpages.com it said there is a 20% discount for new clients. I get there, and the girl at the counter says that I can only get that if I printed the coupon from yellowpages, so I cannot get that discount. I later got the manager (I think he was, at least) to agree that the discount does actually apply if its on your phone. So the nail tech "Thien" tells me that its literally impossible to paint a line across the top of my nails with paint underneath, like a french manicure (although I do this every few weeks at various nail salons). Then he finally agrees to do it, as long as I understand it will probably look crappy, AND that it will have a $15 upcharge. After the manager (?) corrected him that it was actually less, he became quite agitated. After he realized I was also getting 20% off of my services, he was even MORE agitated. The fact that Thien did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails does not take away from the fact that he was so visibly agitated over a "special" (not really) request, and even angrier that I wasn't being made to pay the small fortune that he wanted me to pay for it. I was offered the opportunity to fill out a comment card with my issues, for a chance to win a free haircut, but since I do not live in Biloxi, I wouldn't be here to use it anyway... read more

I love this spot! Maybe because when I finally get the chance to have a "Me Day", it is very much needed! The ambiance is relaxing, the chair massages actually work, very well, the facials are wonderful! Just a one stop shop for all things relaxing! And a complementary glass of wine, never hurt anyone! read more

Called with 4 hours notice for a party of 4. Not an ordinary party of 4... of this party, one set of toes had not been to pedi rehab in 15 years. Another set of toes had clearly been to the mountain top, peaked over to the other side, fought through the Battles of Normandy, and sashayed back through the Sahara Desert. i informed the tech that took care of my Grampy that this was her first pedicure experience. This guy was AWESOME!!! (I think he was the owner) Of course i watched him like a hawk because he was taking care of my Grampy. She had the Deluxe "Nu Skin" package. I don't know the guy's name, but i was in AWGH with the way he took care of my Grampy. He explained every single step and made sure she was comfortable throughout the experience. He did a GREAT job with her pedicure and she was giddy with excitement from the results all day. Not to mention, after we arrive, i added another person to the spa treatment, and she was accommodated with no problems as well. I've been to this place many times before with excellent customer service. I felt the need to leave this review because we received outstanding service while the salon was short-handed on techs. When a company provides this type of customer service with a skeleton crew... they deserve a great review. From the receptionist to the final coat of polish, my expectations were exceeded. Thank you guys for the great family experience! read more

Queen's Nails & Day Spa - Perfect Acrylics!!!! - Hair Salons Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

I would give a zero if I could. This place is awful!! Do a horrible job they are rude, and want to rip you off. I went in for acrylic and was told to pick a color. I was unaware that the color I chose was $17 more and was not told so. My toes and nails were supposed to match and they did not at all. The lady named Ann was very rude and was rushing the whole time, even caught my finger with the electric file and kept yanking my hand. When i got to checkout and realizes how much they were charging i spoke to the manager and he was very rude as well. Ann then defended herself saying she told me i was getting a special gel which she did not she said "is this the color you want?" She was rude as rude can be. This places goal is to rip people off. read more

My nails haven't looked this good in years! The service was great, and Mrs. Tammy took the time to talk to me about what I wanted. Then, she suggested something I hadn't considered because she thought it would look better, and it does! Having a nail tech offer advice and options is something completely new to me....most just do exactly what you ask (or at least try), nothing more. But, when Mrs. Tammy took the time to offer her expert opinion I realized how knowledgeable she is in her craft. My nails turned out great and I am very pleased! I will definitely be returning to the salon soon to try out those comfy looking pedicure chairs. read more

Went here for my sixteenth birthday and it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend to anyone!

The staff was friendly enough , unless you ask them to fix a mistake. The finished product is acceptable but I've definitely had better. The nail tech that was doing my friends nails, Teresa, got real snippy when my friend asked her to fix a huge glob of nail polish that was on the side of her fingernail. And the tech that was doing my nails, Cindy, was real sweet, not real talkative. But the devil came out of her when I accidentally dinged my nail putting it under the light. When I hit my nail on the light comma she gave this huge Dramatics I and proceeded to chastise me about being more careful. And if you look at the picture that I put you'll see that I have gel nail polish and acrylic on my fingers that she would not clean off because she had somebody else waiting for her, and I have a huge glob of gel polish under another nail that she would not take care of. Between my friend and I, we spent over $150, and that before the tip! Needless to say, I will not be going back there to get my nails done, or anything else, ever again! So if you're looking for a nail salon that's local, The Nail Bar in D'Iberville is awesome, ask for Vicki. The only reason we went to Queen Nails & Day Spa is because it's close to my friends house. And before anyone can comment about how much money I spent, my girlfriend is having a really bad time right now, and I decided to treat her. Not that it's anybody's business. read more

Queen's Nails & Day Spa - You get $150, before tip, from my girlfriendand I, and you refuse to clean the gel polish and acrylic from my fingers!?!! - Hair Salons Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

Hi my name is Amy, I came to have a manicure about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Frank did my nails. First time having a manicure so I really did not know what to expect so when he was done I thought Ok they look good. 2nd day gel polish started chipping I called and came back in and Frank redid them. I kept asking him why I had so much Whitell showing? He kept telling me thats where my cuticle is. I am a Dental Assistant I gave lots of pts parents come in and alot of them do nails so after he convinced me I went to work and I was asked by several who did my nails. I told them and they told me I shold go back and tell them the need to fix them because I did not have a good manicure and there should be No white showing. So I'm writing to let ya know How disappointed I am.    Thank You Amy Webb read more

Me and my husband are from New Orleans. He wanted to treat me to a pedicure and found Queens. This was one of the best places that I have ever been to. Both my husband and I got pedicures. They offer complementary drinks while getting pedicure. No harsh chemical smells like some other nail salons. Was extremely relaxing. Many choices for pedicures. Chris and Teresa were excellent. Chris did a great job on the entire pedicure especially the nail polish. I have been to many places where the polish was still on the sides. Teresa was great with my husband-as men have rough feet. Very polite and very attentive. Explained the many choices and suggested what was the best for each of us. Price was very reasonable especially for the exceptional service. I also like everyone spoke English both to us and to each other. read more

This salon was recommended by a friend but turned out to be quite a disappointment. I went with my mother and my maid of honor to get mani/pedis for my wedding. We all three had negative experiences. Turned out to be the worst mani/pedi I've received so far and highly over priced. I paid $100 for both basic shellac mani and pedi and I normally pay that price at the Four Seasons Hotel Spa in Austin, Texas where I live and have a much more beautiful experience. To top it off, my nail tech was not friendly or nice either which was disappointing, as well. If I asked her questions or told her I wanted things a certain way she gave me very objectionable looks. The salon also looks very fancy but it doesn't live up to expectations. To say the least, I won't be returning in the future and highly recommend you do your research before taking recommendations from others. read more
