It was easy to communicate and schedule my appointment, when I arrived I was greeted by friendly faces and Jamie took the best care of me! I will definitely be back to try all of the services they offer, not just massages in the future! It is located right in downtown Ocean Springs, and has such an intimate and warm atmosphere, it is a perfect setting for some much needed pampering and relaxation! Thank you Jamie for an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Great price for a 90-minute couples massage ($190). They took us for a same-day appointment during…read morethe holidays. Our masseuses did not introduce themselves so I didn't catch their names, but my masseuse had a very sweet demeanor and was excellent in her skill (deep tissue). The only feedback I have is that she smelled of cigarettes, which was apparent during my entire massage. The walls were paper thin, so my husband and I could hear entire conversation of the people next door, as the lady in the next room was ranting about something quite loud. I was surprised our masseuses didn't go tell them to quiet down, and I didn't want to say anything in hopes that their conversation wouldn't last long. Despite these two things, I would definitely return to this spot.

Last week I had made an appointment for a massage and facial, been going here for many years even…read moretheir previous location, it was made for Wednesday and was looking forward to this pampering. 2 times a year my daughter and son in law gets me a gift card to get for this pampering on my birthday and mothers day. On that day my younger daughter called me and told me her babysitters road had been flooded and she could not get my 1 year old grandson there and she had to work, I called Bridges and explained what happened and they charged my card 50 percent of the card. This was so unforeseen and they did not take into consideration what happened! So I will go get some merchandise with my 75 dollars I have left so they take no more but will tell my family not to ever get me anything from their facility again. I also went there other times on my own.

Would not give me the $30 cash tip they hubby paid in advance had to schlep to pool and get him to go back at age 77. very inconvenient went to make another appointment the next day in a three hour window I had with a female it was like a game. they had a girl that could go an 80 minute massage but wasn't available for a 50 massage. How ridiculous is that. I guess they figure people would just say ok for the more expensive massage. I just didn't have the time. it was like playing a game or buying a car. don't even waste your $ there. Im so pissed off. I wanted to spend my money there. I'm glad I didn't

The spa attendants are always very welcoming and greet you with a smile. The spa itself smells incredible and you're met with a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter! Surprisingly enough, for Labor Day, the spa was not that busy and there were not a lot of patrons. I enjoyed time pretty much by myself in the plunge pools. They were all a perfect temperature. The steam room is amazing and your skin will look so refreshed and glowing as if you got a facial when you're done in there. When 1 o'clock rolled around DeeDee came to get me for my service. She showed me to my room and then allowed me to disrobe for my service. She then returned to the room and my service commenced. She was sure to ask me if there were any specific problematic areas prior to beginning my massage. She was sure to focus on those areas and was able to work out all of my knots and kinks. I also added the hot stones to my massage which were an amazing finishing touch! When my service was finished, I enjoyed the amenities for a bit longer, and then showered and changed, and was on my way feeling refreshed and invigorated!
