On that day my younger daughter called me and told me her babysitters road had been flooded and she could not get my 1 year old grandson there and she had to work, I called Bridges and explained what happened and they charged my card 50 percent of the card. This was so unforeseen and they did not take into consideration what happened! So I will go get some merchandise with my 75 dollars I have left so they take no more but will tell my family not to ever get me anything from their facility again. I also went there other times on my own.

I don't normally write reviews, but considering the intimate services that we received( Brazilian,…read morelash lift and facials) I want to share our experience. Let me start by saying, It's hard to please me. I strongly believe that if you are in the service industry-ESPECIALLY one of this nature, you set yourself up to be scrutinized. Having said that, on the day of our services, I had the opportunity to personally meet the owner and manager at this location in Gulfport. To me, that shows how hands on they are about making sure this place is run with excellence! The facility is spotless! The vibe is relaxing, positive, and upbeat. Not only that, but I noticed how cheerful and kind the employees, owner ,and manager were- I asked if it was a special occasion. I was really impressed! My friends and I took selfies at the "selfie wall"- such a cute but classy touch. My besties and I even noted how the management team seemed to really care about both their clients and staff. They were very accommodating to us. They stayed long hours to make sure everyone was taken care, we didn't feel rushed. I couldn't help but remark at how the ladies were highly trained in the services we received. This place clearly has high standards, and they genuinely wanted everyone who walked through the door to have a positive experience. In the few hours that we were there I saw them celebrate their team's successes, offer support to the employees, and continually look for ways to improve. They worked together as a team! The manager was right there to answer questions and assist them as needed. I noticed how gentle but thoroughly she was when explaining to one of the ladies a question she had asked. Of course, no business is perfect, but I can honestly say that this studio was being run with compassion and a strong commitment to excellence. It's easy to see why so many clients trust them with their services. I have already discussed bringing my entire wedding party here in August for THE WORKS! Great job ladies! See you again soon!

I was really excited to get my nails done based on the reference photo I showed, but unfortunately…read moreI left disappointed. The design, especially the "S" swirl, came out very messy and uneven instead of clean like the picture. Two of my nails are also noticeably crooked, which is really disappointing after paying for a full set. The experience itself also wasn't great. The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. Overall, I don't feel like I received the quality or experience I was expecting. I hope they improve both their customer service and attention to detail.
