I was worried he was going to touch me inappropriately. I was basically balled up on the table trying to get away from how hard he was touching me and wouldn't stop.he wouldn't stop talking about how much tequila he drank the night before and told me to go drink a martini after if I'm too sore.

The only feedback I have is that she smelled of cigarettes, which was apparent during my entire massage. The walls were paper thin, so my husband and I could hear entire conversation of the people next door, as the lady in the next room was ranting about something quite loud. I was surprised our masseuses didn't go tell them to quiet down, and I didn't want to say anything in hopes that their conversation wouldn't last long. Magnus is exceptional at finding those areas of tension and using his unique techniques to create more space. They may offer the best care but they won't have any endorsement from either me or my wife. So if this receptionist is the first thing you run into representing this business it'll turn a lot of patients off. The drs should think twice about who they have greeting existing or potential customers. They need to remember first impressions are important because you may not get a second chance. Business is tough enough without having your front person chasing of customers. Also apply the rule of 100 when you upset someone, they'll definitely tell others who in turn do the same. My masseuse really worked out all of the kinks in my neck, shoulders, and back. I gave 4 stars for a few reasons, the room was really cold! I was covered with a sheet (my husband told me his masseuse gave him a warm blanket). Though I did warm up a bit when the massage started, I was cold once again when it was over and time to get dressed. My other reason for 4 stars is that the massage oil or gel that they used smelled weird. I think it would have been more relaxing for me if it smelled nice like some aromatherapy.
