Our masseuses did not introduce themselves so I didn't catch their names, but my masseuse had a very sweet demeanor and was excellent in her skill (deep tissue). The only feedback I have is that she smelled of cigarettes, which was apparent during my entire massage. The walls were paper thin, so my husband and I could hear entire conversation of the people next door, as the lady in the next room was ranting about something quite loud. I was surprised our masseuses didn't go tell them to quiet down, and I didn't want to say anything in hopes that their conversation wouldn't last long. Despite these two things, I would definitely return to this spot.

I was skeptical at first because there were barely any reviews about this place, but I really needed to eliminate the knots within my shoulders-- It's been quite a rough week! Requesting an appointment through their website was easy, you pick your desired service, practitioner, and time slot. I checked my email confirming my request was sent, and after about 15 minutes, my appointment was confirmed. Then from the same email, I filled out a form about my preferences and health (desired pressure, injuries, etc) to help with personalizing my service. Angelo was very professional and respectful. He took the time to ask questions before the session and ensured the environment was comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience. The room was welcoming, the booking process was easy and organized, and I even got $10 off as a first time customer! Thank you, At-Ease!

I waited a few days to post my review, leaving there I felt so refreshed and something told me to wait to explain the lasting effects instead of the immediate. I went in for my first ever reiki session this last weekend and it's an experience I'll never forget. During, I had so many break throughs and reassurances that I knew exactly why I was there. Initially, I didn't realize how much I needed that healing but I felt the positive shift throughout my session. Days after I still feel the remnants of removing the blockages I had and have been enlightened. After my reiki, I did the foot detox. The look in the foot tub was GNARLY however, the after effects have been great! Prior to, I was experiencing sluggishness and acne. The day after the detox I did breakout but on day two and three, my skin cleared up and the inflammation was minimal. Also, I haven't needed energy drinks since. The staff were so nice and accommodating, and their tea is delicious. If you haven't tried their services yet, do yourself a favor and book with them

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent…read moreexperience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.
