I take full accountability that I was late for my appointment, I called before arriving and was told it's fine, come on in. I asked the tech more than once if there was time to finish since I knew I was late and I offered to come at another time. John showed up, while berating the tech for trying to finish, kicked me out of the chair 10 minutes before my actual booked appointment time was finished with half my nails still sticky and charged me $50.

There was a man and a woman working, and the man started on my nails and was very very friendly. Very soon after starting Michelle took over. At first it was very quiet and what I normally expect at a salon, and then we got to chatting. I learned that they had to shut down due to COVID and just reopened to try and build their business back up. Her ADORABLE kids kept pestering her to play games, and I didn't mind as I a mama myself, and she is doing everything she can to keep their business open to support her children through all of the chaos. She did a wonderful job on my nails. I will forever come back to see Michelle, I think she is doing an outstanding job as a nail tech and as a mama, and hope for bright things in the future as businesses start to recover from the pandemic.

The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. This location is conveniently located right off of I-10. They have plenty of parking and it's not In a congested plaza like many other nail salons. I was there for less than half an hour and left with a lovely nude matte gel manicure just like I wanted. It's perfect for those military girls. An employee sat next to me with an iPad and reviewed my appointment. She (out loud) asked me questions so everyone can hear "Do you approve getting massages around your glut area?" Yes or No? " Do you approve us to massage your abdomen area?" It was kinda embarrassing as the other 5 employees looked and listened for my answer. After the inquisition, I was guided to the tranquillity room with 6 chairs in a room with 5 of them being taken up by other customers. This room was short of tranquil as one women was talking though earbuds and another guy was texting with his key stroke noise activated. tick tick tick tick tick ding tick tick. The 90 minute massage is a 5 minute consultation, 5 minute dress/undress time in the room and 80 minutes of massage time. The added exfoliating foot rub lasted 3 minutes for both feet. I ordered the medium pressure massage and all I received was very light hand motions. I requested more pressure but did not receive. At about the 40 minute mark, I was just waiting to get the end. The massage was just mediocre and not what I expected for the cost. After the massage back to the front desk to pay, they tried to sell me everything in the lobby along with a membership offer and asked when I wanted to book my next massage. I gladly declined, paid and walked out. I'll stick to the local casino area for the best massages which have access to showers, saunas, and steam rooms to enjoy as well.
