My nails are usually very short, cuticles/nail bed a nightmare (thanks anxiety), but they always manage to make them look presentable again. One thing I will mention, and please keep this in mind, *gel and regular polish, although marked the same color, most often is NOT*. I picked a deep shimmery maroon and the gel polish for my nails were blood red the first time around. Needless to say I was so flustered! The lady removed the gel, helped me find a color closer to the traditional polish on my toes, and reapplied until I was satisfied. She apologized profusely, but it wasn't her fault. We were both annoyed with the inconsistency of the polish and even laughed about how terrible the initial color was. Point being, if you are unhappy with your service, let them know while you are present so they can remedy the issue instead of writing a nasty review online after you leave. The only critique I will give is - they could massage a bit longer with the exfoliating scrub, which is my favorite part. I am grateful to the nail tech for being patient with me and not stopping until I was a happy customer. I will always support this business!

There was a man and a woman working, and the man started on my nails and was very very friendly. Very soon after starting Michelle took over. At first it was very quiet and what I normally expect at a salon, and then we got to chatting. I learned that they had to shut down due to COVID and just reopened to try and build their business back up. Her ADORABLE kids kept pestering her to play games, and I didn't mind as I a mama myself, and she is doing everything she can to keep their business open to support her children through all of the chaos. She did a wonderful job on my nails. I will forever come back to see Michelle, I think she is doing an outstanding job as a nail tech and as a mama, and hope for bright things in the future as businesses start to recover from the pandemic.

Two of my nails are also noticeably crooked, which is really disappointing after paying for a full set. The experience itself also wasn't great. The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. Overall, I don't feel like I received the quality or experience I was expecting. I hope they improve both their customer service and attention to detail.
