My daughter and I walked in asking for two manicures. Dip nails for me and gel French tip for her. They sat us almost immediately. Mina was my technician, unsure of the tech's name with my daughter. They sat us in two different areas of the salon. Mina was great! She was quiet, didn't talk much but that's ok with me. I was having trouble deciding between two colors and she happily assisted me with picking one. She was professional and did a fantastic job. I'm not sure, but I didn't really get a manicure although I asked for one (and paid for it). It was more of a color change. No cuticles cut, just nails trimmed and filed and painted. Maybe things have changed and the usual manicure is something you have to ask for??? This is the second place I've been to recently that I asked and paid for a manicure with dip nails, but didn't get the whole manicure treatment. I scheduled an appointment the day before they found the perfect time for me! The workers were welcoming and made good, easy conversation with me and my little sister. They a large assortment of colors and they do they job very well. This may have been the best pedicure I've ever received because of special essential oils don herbs put in the water, talented and long massages, amazing massage chairs and beautiful nails. I got my full set by Jimmy and my pedicure by Frank and let me just say it was fucking amazing! I needed to fix my broken nail and Jimmy hooked me up and now my nails are soooo pretty. My pedicure was beautiful but the massage Frank did was heavenly, perfect pressure and I was falling asleep! Ladies were very nice, and everyone spoke English. No one was speaking to their coworkers while ignoring you that usually happens at other salons. The prices are only listed on their website. The salon is very well decorated and elegant. Only problem was not fully understanding the pricing ahead of time. The cheapest pedicure is $46. If i could give it a 0 star i would, Ive been here a couple times and loved it, i went back just me and my boyfriend to get our toes done before thanksgiving. I called before i got there and asked if they had availability for TWO pedis and that i get acrylic on my toes she said yes. We get there and i tell the lady i made the appointment for two for pedis, she looked at me like i was dumb and with an attitude she said "u said one on the phone" i said no ma'am i said two. Okay cool thats whatever, we get to the back and me and my boyfriend both get $70 foot scrubs that literally consist of scubs i can get at a store for $5-10 dollars.... ok whatever... she does my toes before anything... she cut multiple toes (it stung like HELL!!! When she did my feet scub and lotion after), the acrylic was uneven the color for underneath is splotchy, i had to go home and reshape them, i didnt get a massage or anything ... Its now 8/9 days later after we spent $260+ and they are lifting! I will be calling for a refund, this isnt the first bad experience with this nail salon! I kept going because it was close, the atmosphere is super nice but the attitudes, price and customer service makes it just horrible! I always spend alot of money when i go, so sad it has to come to a bad yelp review. If nothing is done about my refund i will be on social media about it! Started here as a walk in. Immediately impressed with the size and cleanliness. Hang did my nails and they not only looked great, they lasted....all of them!! And I'm rough on nails!!! She began a 'rebuild' on my nails which were brittle, over drilled and stained from red powder. By my second visit, they were already healthier. Rebuilding is not cheap but only one more time . They got us!!!! And not how you think! While they were very kind, they were all deceiving! We asked for 2 pedicures and a manicure! Ooooh we got 'em...along with a bill of $258!!!!! How you ask? They charged to remove old gel, charged for adding new gel, and even though I didn't polish my nails for the mani, I was charged $8 for a buff and shine!!!!! BUFFING!!!!! I went in for some much needed relaxing and a much needed manicure and pedicure. It's a beautiful salon and I was helped right away. I ended up getting an herbal pedicure and gelish manicure. For the pedicure I chose the anti-congestion option and they put a eucalyptus and peppermint tea in the water for my feet, and used exfoliant, lotion, and oil with the same scents. It was wonderful and my nails turned out great. As for the manicure, it's almost a week later and it still looks great. I do 1-2 loads of dishes a day, am still unpacking, and taking care of my one year old son. I'm am very happy with my experience and nails. I can't wait to go back, but it looks like it may be sometime before I need it! read more

I went in with my mother on a Sunday for the first time and let me preface by saying it was NOT busy whatsoever. My mother got a pedicure and since my polish was still in good shape, I just asked for a soak & even said I'd pay whatever. The guy literally looked at me like I was scum on his shoe. He said they don't do that here... then I just sat in the chair next to my mother.... Then another man said if I'm not getting a pedicure that I have to sit in the lobby... I said "I'll pay for a soak but that's all I want" and he said no you have to go sit in the lobby. So I'm writing this as I'm sitting on the couch, only 2 customers in the whole building, having to wait for my mother. I'm so shocked they refused such an easy service & the guy workers in here are so rude and unprofessional. I took my granddaughter to get her nails painted (her first time), and I got a pedicure (most basic option). It was mid-morning and there were only 2 other customers already seated and receiving their services. So it was not busy at all! We waited quite a while for anyone to come up front and the first 2 employees that finally approached us, left and never came back once I told them what we were there for. Once the manager came to the front and finally took us back to the pedicure station, the young man we were assigned to seemed extremely annoyed. I even had to ask him if everything was OK and if he preferred not to help us. The older lady who painted my granddaughters nails, kept heavy breathing with what appeared to be annoyance, and making comments about how she preferred doing older peoples nails. There we're at least 5 other employees doing nothing, so she could have shared that before she started instead of making me feel guilty the entire time. I am not complaining about the cost but for $190 (with tip), I would like to be comfortable and not made to feel like I am bothering them. Also, he cut me 2 times during the pedicure and my feet are rougher now then before the pedicure. I understand everyone's experience is different, but this is mine. read more

I think the experiences here are a hit or miss. I've been in a couple of times and 2 times have been amazing while the other two have left me extremely upset. I wish I would've gotten her name (she also does microblading), but this nail tech left my hands and toes looking flawless and actually took her time with the pedicure. There is an older man who set up my pedicure and he slapped my foot because the water jet fell off and rudely blamed me for it. Why was there any need for that physical contact beyond what service was being provided? I used to go to Mystic Nails quite often a few years back and they were always very friendly and welcoming when it came to my daughter.. however.. today I brought my now 7 year old and the 2 children I am baby sitting for a friend into Mystic.. I could tell by their unsettling demeanor that something was going to be said. This older man with glasses looks at me before even trying to talk about my services, he tells me I have to watch "her" talking about my friends two year old that I'm babysitting. I looked at him and said "yes... I know.. why would you feel the need to tell me that?" I thought it was very rude and disrespectful.. considering those were my intentions as their baby sitter in the first place.. he then stops doing my friends nails to get up and call me over to "show me a sign" that they have hanging.. I didn't bother to look at it, but it was a sign about "watching your own children".. I told him that I didn't feel like he should have felt the need to tell me that I had to watch the children that I brought with me.. that it was very rude and that we could go elsewhere.. he then says "yes, you can go somewhere else". I grabbed the kids and we left.. I will never return to Mystic nails. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon in my 10 years of experience. When removing my gel polish they did not file the top polish to speed up the removal process but was still gentle on scraping the gel off. Just got a pedicure from Bic. She did a good job and was very friendly. The sanitation is excellent. The use a new sink liner for each client, use sterlized tools and gloves. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and the massagers in the chair are strong and feel great. My boyfriend and I were able to get our pedicures together in a private room which was nice. On the downside, they don't offer anything to drink not even water. I wish I would have known so I could have brought something. read more

Today, my husband and I came for an appointment and the staff seem very aggravated and upset. It appears they are short staff, however we remained patient. Services aren't cheap here, so don't treat your customers like they are an issue. Staff was talking about one another which made customers uncomfortable. They discuss how some staff members aren't carrying their work load fairly.
