She gave me a full set of acrylic gel with an almond shape and a deep french. I was a little skeptical, but honestly, they're gorgeous! I haven't had my nails done in a very long time, but she was patient with me when it came to deciding on a shape, and she constantly asked if I liked my nails before moving onto the next step. I thought about the rectification I was offered which was to redo the nail polish free of charge but when questioned about receiving a refund, credit, or gift certificate for my time/effort I was told they wouldn't/couldn't do that, which is a crock of baloney in my opinion . The manager I spoke with today gave me some cock and bull story about the problem with the acrylic being like it is, is because it has been a week and regrowth. I offered to send pictures taken last weekend of my nails. Then I was told I had ingrown toenails is why my toenails were sensitive which is also a crock! It's because the nail tech didn't know her backend from a hole in the ground obviously was afraid to do a proper pedicure!
