The massage was AMAZING and I was so not ready for it to be over after the hour was up. All the ladies that work there are incredibly nice and told my friend and me about the local area and places to check out. We were even served mimosas after the massage while we were just chit chatting (I'm a sucker for mimosas)! Also, I have to mention the ambiance and look of the spa. It looks high end and very clean, but welcoming at the same time; great combo. I'm planning on going back before I leave. I got a terrible manicure at another place in the area, so when I go back I'm going to get my nails redone. Also, I think I'll get a pedicure, another massage, and my eyebrows done for a total pamper day and I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks ladies!!

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent…read moreexperience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.
