Decent prices if you purchase a monthly membership and actually tan often. The salon and beds are extremely clean! The girls that work there are very helpful and sweet. I was surprised that they were the only tanning salon in Daphne. I do wish they stayed open latter than 8pm, especially on Friday and Saturday night. All in all a good place to tan! read more

I have only used this location once for a pre-cruise spray tan. It wasn't my 1st rodeo on spray tanning. The location is cookie-cutter compared to other locations nationwide and seemed very clean. The spray tan itself was not good at all. It was uneven (clogged sprayers perhaps). And, like all PBTs there is a ton of upside selling, which just is irritating to me. read more

Very unprofessional staff. They have people that do not have a clue what they are doing and when they make a mistake, expect you to correct their mistake before you can tan. My wife and I will find another business to do business with. read more

These people straight up robbed me!they said I could freeze my membership so I did.i come back to unfreeze two months later and nothing was frozen.They still took my full monthly payments and refused to credit me for the two months that we're supposed to be frozen.Be careful giving your credit card here seriously!Its sad because they are the only tanning facility in Daphne. read more

Okay, I'm not sure if this is the correct one or not, but if not I'm about a mile off on locations. I usually like PBT, and when I usually stop by I look at spending about 20 dollars. If I go to much, I'll eventually build my self a liability when instead I could have bought my self my own tanning bed and created an asset. ANYWAYS, the place is very clean, and that'll make you feel very safe! Which is good with tanning beds. But I do have to admit it was a little pricy, I spent 25 dollars just to tan. That didn't include any lotions, and of course I figured since it was an expensive tanning bed you'd see a difference when finished, but I didn't. Almost like a waste of 12 minutes, along with 25 dollars. I give 3 stars for the cleanliness. read more

I've done business with this place off and on for about 5 yrs. I've noticed the workers there will lie about what results to expect, ex.: I heard 2 of the girls telling a new customer if she chose to get a spray tan it would last 2 wks. NO! I down graded my membership once and to discourage me from doing it was told the purpose of the cheaper beds is merely to 'open your pores', is that really a thing anyone would want? I've noticed they'll tell you a more expensive price on lotions if you have store credit. It's like they make up prices for lotions. I feel somehow ripped off when I sign up for there service, guess this will definitely be my last month. Looking for another place to get tan. read more

Terrible service.. management is a joke.. and after calling 5 times in a 8 week period..i have yet to receive a call back from the DM, Haley! I placed my account on hold -stay & save- and it's still on -stay & save- I have actually recorded the employees at 2 different times telling me that my acct is frozen.. yet they continue to try and charge me $69 monthly for an account that is on stay and save..?? I had to change my debit card so they would stop taking the money out! They told me they couldnt do anything about it that i would have to speak to the mgr.. the mgr Kirsten? Kristen? who never smiles or has ANY customer skills literally has said "um well, I spoke with upper mgmnt and you're not getting your money back." Haley the district mgr will not return my calls.. and i continue to get a bill for monthly charges... so now I'm turning it over to my lawyer! read more

I went yesterday to get a mystic spray tan. The employees were all very nice. The tan however is horrible. I've only done Versa Spa and I have had great success but this mystic tan is horrible! I did everything as recommended by the employees and they even upsold me on additives and primer so my total charge for ONE tan was about $65. My legs are WHITE and my feet and hands (which I used blending lotion and sticky feet) are so fake tan it hurts to look at. I paid for an additive to make me less orange and more brown as well as a coconut smell added and I am orange and still stink! (I have taken one shower and I have not shaved - also I wore old loose clothes with no bra for about 7 hours after) My face looks like leather now - not sure why but luckily I can cover most of it with makeup. How am I going to wear a short dress this weekend when I'm so discolored? I guess I have to go spend more money on foam from the store. I chose not to do that initially because it makes you orange.... I guess it doesn't matter now. Not recommending the mystic at all... The people were really nice though. read more

I went in to get my PBT monthly tan. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. They charged me (full price) for my tan, and when I caught it, they just told me that I could have extra tan dollars for the future. I had already told the young girl that I was not going to be coming back because I'm starting school and it will be a really long time before I ever come back again. I just wanted a refund, because I need every bit of money to buy my textbooks. Now I have about $40 worth of tan dollars, but I don't even know if I'll have time to come in and get my tan. I don't hate Palm Beach, I was just very disappointed this time. I would have been completely fine with a refund, and I still would have paid for the extra add ons in my tan! I just didn't like having to pay extra money for a service that I don't even want. They are obviously just a money hungry place and don't care about their customers. read more

The girls working their are great. It is always clean and I love the late hours they are open. I do wish they would let current members get discounts like new signers get. Example: $25 a month unlimited and now it is offered at $19. I wish they also had a tanning booth available that you can select only certain body areas to be sprayed. read more
