DON'T EVER GO HERE!! I came to have my nails done to attend a baby reveal party. I asked for a pedicure, and to have nails added but not SNS, I also wanted my eyebrows to be arched. I normally come to this nail salon because of the quality of her product and the fact that it is usually very clean. The nail tech came to start on my nails while I was getting a pedicure, I explained to her that my nails are usually sensitive so please don't drill a lot, but she still drilled heavy. I also asked if she could taper my nails at an angle because I don't like the square shape. I hate the fact that they don't understand English but want to own a shop and hurt people, if you don't understand English, take the time and learn if you want to offer services to the public! Once she started adding the acrylic I said excuse me that is not what I asked you for, I wanted my nail to be tapered and not all this acrylic because now you have to drill a lot to get this down. This lady gets upset and scream across the room Taylor!! Then Taylor come over and say to the tech, she wanted her nails to be in the coffin shape; and then tell me that I should have told her that, I said I am not a nail technician this is what I pay you all for; after that Taylor the owner takes over and drilled heavy on my nails! She put acrylic all over my skin so much that my nails were burning underneath! This caused me severe pain! After treating me like this then charged me $160.00 for a horrific service!! let me tell you all, don't go to this nail salon!!!! The poor ladies in there are scared of the owner!! She orders them around!! I also have a picture of my finger. These people need to be locked up for hurting people!!!! I also had to go to another shop to have all of that mess removed!!! Never again. I should have known better when I walked in and saw 2 people being serviced that I needed to walk right back out. I did not like the service. My toes looked terrible and the girl had no clue what she was doing as she seemed confused why my gel polish was not drying (she was not curing for the full time). She efiled it off and redid the toe. When I got in some natural light I could see my toe nail was dented and uneven bc of being efiled and layers of gel polish. I had to leave in a hurry bc I had to get to my baby shower but I was not satisfied at all. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for almost 6 years now. The owners Taylor and Loc are courteous.. the techs that work there are nice and efficient. Very clean well organized salon. I get S and S on my nails - regular polish on toes. I can go up to 4-5 weeks with the dip and toe polish.. lol the new growth on the nails looks ratchet.. but the paint stays on... every 3-4 weeks visit is ideal. Weekends are extremely busy. The wait areas are comfy .. just plan on at least 1 hour wait ‍ Monday- Friday 930- 400 you can get finger and toes done in about one hour. Taylor does great eyebrow waxes as well. This nail salon is my regular nail salon and in enjoy going in for my regular pedis and sns set. Tonya is my favorite for pedicures. She takes her time and really gives your feet attention. They all are very nice and will remember what you like and don't like. I love to go on Saturday mornings but have found that Tuesday afternoons are less crowded. I purchased a gift card/manicure for my mother's 81st birthday over the phone in the amount of $30 on 7/30/2018 and today is 6/14/19 and the salon stated that they do not honor a gift certificate over 6 months old. I was never notified of this. Please avoid doing business with a salon who refuses to provide the service that they were paid for. I guess it was too labor intensive for them to do a manicure on an 81 year old woman??? My point is that they took my money and gave me nothing in return!!! read more

This use to be a pretty good place to go n relax and get your nails n toes done but due to my last visit I wasn't very happy even leaving the place the owner did my nails and was rushing which made my experience irritating but the second day of getting my sns nails they started cracking very bad and man was I pissed but hey I'm not going to knock no one business but I think she should think about focusing on who in front of her instead so worrying about everything around her but if you can't let your staff do they part then u should not do nails and just be the one monitoring everything and making sure everything is right! read more

They take their time and make you feel like you're the only customer, even when all of their chairs are full! I messed up one of my nails after I left. I got there and ended up waiting about 30min, the place was pretty dirty (empty snack bags left on the tables where you get your nails done at, empty soft drink cans, random paper towels, etc), my chair was broken and all of them looked broken pretty much. Finally got seated but ended up waiting another 10 min. The prices are super cheap but you can see why in this picture. She was rushing but they weren't that busy. it's sloppy work. Only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because the people are super nice. But I won't be coming here again. read more

I come here pretty often to get my toes polished. So I went to get my acrylic nails soaked off. I wanted to retain some of my length with my real nails but the nail tech cut the nail super short and started to rip them off with some nail tips. She used no acetone at all. I asked for soak off and she Just basically ripped off all the nails, barely buffed after and said she was done . Charged me $10 . read more
