I called and they were about to close but the owner allowed me to come in the next morning an hour prior to them opening, which was amazing. Upon arrival, the place was spacious and very clean. My tech was cleaning the pedicure chair I was going to be using. His name was Si. He wore gloves and masks the whole time. I was able to get my pedi and gel mani in the same chair, thus not having to move around while the place got busier. Si was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He took his time and did not rush the process even though the place was getting busier. I am extremely happy with the service. For services they have a menu and you can choose your experience. So, the price level is up to what you want. I would go back to Si at this location and this review reflects only his service and what I saw as far as cleanliness and space of the place. She was so sweet to open up and give me a 9:45 appointment. What a blessing she is! With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. Then I got a foot rub with lotion! I love getting foot rubs! After my toe nails were all painted, it was time to move on to the fingers. I don't have those done either nor do I do them myself. I cut them and that's it. I'm way too OCD to ever have chipped nail polish on my fingers so I just don't paint them at all. They filed and buffed them, and cut my cuticles with those sharp things. That wasn't so bad either, but I didn't love the hand rub as much as I loved the foot rub. It was a bit rough in my opinion. Although they had a vast selection of polish colors and brands, I just had them paint my nails clear. The place was very clean and the people were friendly. They give you a drink while you're getting your feet done, which is nice. The whole thing set me back $40, plus tip. It was well worth it. I came home and stretched out on the couch and put my feet in my hubby's lap and told him to feel how soft they were. Not sure how they haven't already been reported to the Alabama Board of Cosmetology. I do NOT recommend.
