I am in town to go on…read morea cruise, and didn't have time before leaving to get my nails done. since we stayed all night near her shop, I decided to call her the morning of our cruise to see if I could get an appointment. She was so sweet to open up and give me a 9:45 appointment. What a blessing she is! I received a beautiful manicure with gel nails, while we exchanged our testimonies of how God has worked in our lives, and as Tammy said, "he can bring beauty from ashes." With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. Lisa has an adorable boutique in AB. She's been in the nail industry for 20 plus years so she knows her stuff. It's more than knowing nail art, she knows how to get your nails healthy and keep them there! Recently she started making her own body scrubs, bath bombs etc. THEY ARE AMAZING!! Nobody was able to help me due to all the workers helping the customers.. Lady called me up and then told me there's another person ahead of me. Dealt with her and then came to help me. For the next 10-30 minutes, she was in between helping me and another lady. (We had two different services) And then after all of that, she said the acrylics were off all the way, which it seemed like it. Until I got into my car and noticed a layer of acrylic still on my natural nails. Won't be coming back due to the service and quality this establishment has.

I normally come to this nail salon because of the quality of her product and the fact that it is usually very clean. The nail tech came to start on my nails while I was getting a pedicure, I explained to her that my nails are usually sensitive so please don't drill a lot, but she still drilled heavy. I also asked if she could taper my nails at an angle because I don't like the square shape. I hate the fact that they don't understand English but want to own a shop and hurt people, if you don't understand English, take the time and learn if you want to offer services to the public! Once she started adding the acrylic I said excuse me that is not what I asked you for, I wanted my nail to be tapered and not all this acrylic because now you have to drill a lot to get this down. This lady gets upset and scream across the room Taylor!! Then Taylor come over and say to the tech, she wanted her nails to be in the coffin shape; and then tell me that I should have told her that, I said I am not a nail technician this is what I pay you all for; after that Taylor the owner takes over and drilled heavy on my nails! She put acrylic all over my skin so much that my nails were burning underneath! This caused me severe pain! After treating me like this then charged me $160.00 for a horrific service!! let me tell you all, don't go to this nail salon!!!! The poor ladies in there are scared of the owner!!
