She did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. I've been a loyal customer since being here and Vivian, along with the other ladies, make sure you're being serviced properly. Ann is very detail-oriented and will not let you leave without perfect looking nails. I had solar done at another place closer to my house on a whim, and my nails looked HORRIBLE. Ann spent an hour and a half fixing my nails that someone else messed up and didn't charge me extra. Annie and Kim (the other two girls in the shop) have been there forever and are just as awesome. Kim does the best pedicures, and she should have a class so ladies can sign up their boyfriends/husbands on how to give amazing foot massages. The salon is always spotlessly clean, and the girls are super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Ann's Nails!

With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. The customer experience just was a little bumpy.

Lisa has an adorable boutique in AB. She's been in the nail industry for 20 plus years so she knows her stuff. It's more than knowing nail art, she knows how to get your nails healthy and keep them there! Recently she started making her own body scrubs, bath bombs etc. THEY ARE AMAZING!! They're so much better than the crap you buy in the store! She's ingredient conscious so none of that mess that's mass produced. Come and see Lisa and experience a real artist at work. I never mentioned that I tried to take care of a callous on my feet which ended in pain. He took care of the issue and I never felt a thing. This will be my go to until I leave the coast. She was so sweet to open up and give me a 9:45 appointment. What a blessing she is! I received a beautiful manicure with gel nails, while we exchanged our testimonies of how God has worked in our lives, and as Tammy said, "he can bring beauty from ashes."
