Had an absolutly awesome experience. I stopped by here on Moday and had an awesome mani and pedi by Kim! The place was very clean and I saw all the techs cleaning in between clients. I love the look and the care taken by Kim. I'll be back in 2 weeks! read more

From my first visit I haven't been to another nail salon. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Their technique is superb. They take great care of your nails and the way they apply polish makes it last longer than other salons. I love Vivian's. I'm a regular happy client, and my nails always look great!! read more

Vivian's Nails - Hair Removal Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

This salon is awesome. My wife invited me to join her for a pedicure and I thought, "what the heck". The people that work at Vivian's made it so much fun! Everyone is so nice and made me feel comfortable hanging out with the ladies. Vivian, Christina, April and all the other women truly make the salon the great place that it is. I know it makes my wife happy. And when momma is happy, everyone is happy. If you are from out of town and looking for a great salon this is your place. They will take good care of you and you won't leave disappointed. read more

Very busy on the weekend. Appointments are recommended. Very friendly staff and good job on my feet and nails. Though, the polish starts too far from my nail bed, so the manicure looks older than it is. Cash tips only. read more

My most favorite place to get my nails done ! Reasonably priced with flawless results :) would recommend to anyone !

Best nail salon in the Mobile area! Everyone is professional but Helen is my favorite. She is very personable and I enjoy her work every time. Popular place so it's a little crowded every time I go. read more

Took half an hour for my friend and I to get our gel and full set manicure - so fast!! very nice and clean, good prices :)

I went to Vivian's for the first time today after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp and was definitely pleased with my experience! Vivian did my SNS nails herself and I couldn't be happier. They are all very friendly and hold a conversation with you, and the fact that Vivian knew her normal customers by name says a lot about her relationship with the customers. Couldn't be happier with my choice to go there! read more

Vivian's Nails - SNS nails from Vivian's on Old Shell - Hair Removal Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

The absolute best in Mobile. Vivian and her girls are great at what they do and always friendly and personable.

My first time here and they were amazing!! They did such a great job on my SNS and were very efficient while still taking care of me! I'll be back for sure! read more

I will never go anywhere else in Mobile! Their prices are comparable to other nail salons but their service and personalities go above and beyond any other. Each staff member was so sweet and knew the names of each customer. Even though it was my first time in they treated me like I had been coming for years! The salon was busy and even though I only waited for a few minutes before being seated they were very apologetic about my "wait" and that was refreshing bc I've sat for hours in other places without a single word. Can't wait to go back read more

Vivian did my nails, great job!!!!! My only complaint is the delay is my appointment due to walk-in appointments, I was delayed roughly 15 minutes . read more

Terrible nails . Would not recommend this work was 70$ !!!!!!! Like holy crap . They also don't do refunds guys . She spend maybe 20 minutes on my nails . Total piece of crap the place is terrible . Would not recommend . In all , I had to go somewhere else to get these nails . So there goes my whole pay check . Freaking great . Go here if you want your nails to look like a 5 year old did it . Period . I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want good nails go to I envy . The last photo is actual GOOD nails unlike this place . Also they have terrible customer service even though you pay almost a hundred dollars for nails . I called and asked for a refund and they yelled at me and hung up on me . So yeah this place sucks majorly. They just have business cause it's the same 20 people that go. They can't do anything that's remotely challenging . And just for the cherry on top, they told me if I wanted another set to get them redone by the same girl ..... because they don't give money back period ...... like ... that's my money not yours I worked for that money unlike your company . Like did they really think I wanted another terrible set from the SAME girl . Outrageous . I also made a yelp account just for this review that's how bad everything was read more

The manicure I received is lovely, but they really need to invest in a better air filtration system. As others have said, it is very difficult to breathe in there, and I remained woozy an hour after leaving the shop. read more

Vivian's is amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel and look good. So relaxing and very friendly ladies! Nothing but positivity there and I can say as a native Mobilian the best nail salon in Mobile! Vivian herself is such a delight and cares about her work! read more

Vivian's is where we go for world class service. All of the girls will give you the best manicure or pedicure in town. They treat all of their clients like royalty and have a high regard for excellence in all they do. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. 1st Class. read more

Went there for the first time because of the positive yelp reviews. Everything stated in the previous reviews was correct. Vivian's clearly has many repeat customers and the staff were very friendly and greeted them by name as they entered the salon. I was treated in a very friendly manner and had a great "basic" pedicure, unfortunately I did not catch the name of the woman who did my service. The one thing I would comment was that I was not asked whether I wanted the basic pedi or the upgraded service. The price board (which was clearly visible, and appreciated by me) the services are listed and also says that beverages (including wine) are available for free. One woman a few chairs down was drinking a diet soda and I would have appreciated being offered something. Of course I could have asked but didn't, it being my first time there. Another thing I found very refreshing was that the staff did not have long conversations among themselves. I've been to salons where the staff speak continuously to each other (in a language most of the patrons likely do not understand) and one can get the feeling that they are talking about the clients without them knowing. In any case that didn't happen during my visit at Vivian's. I'll be back ; ) read more

My nails look absolutely perfect! Service was not necessarily rude but could have been much friendlier. I got SNS and it looks very good.

The best in town and the staff is so friendly!!! There deluxe pedicure is my favorite. I always do walk-ins cuz I never know when I will be able to fit in time to get my nails done. read more

I was in town and I needed my nails done. I went to yelp and this place had a lot of reviews. I called and asked if they do SNS nails. They said yes, so I made an appointment. When I arrived they were very friendly . They told me to take a seat and I sat at Helen's station. Helen was very nice and took very good care of me. I asked if I could have a pedicure. They sat me at the pedicure chair. The girl who took care of me was very good. I highly recommend this place. I was very happy. read more

Was in Mobile for a short business trip and treated myself to a spa pedi ($30 +$5 for white tips). I have never seen a more industrious group of ladies! Everyone was pitching in to clean before closing. Kim also provided me with a gentle but detailed pedicure with an AMAZING massage. I have already made a mental note to return when I'm back in October. read more

By far, the cleanest & most professional nails salon I've been to. I tried the SNS dipping powder for the very first time. It looks so shiny & light. I would reccomend this to anyone who wants a natural look. The ladies at Vivian's rock! read more
