The service at this location is friendly, though be prepared to wait quite a while. They do try to get it to move, but only so much you can do when you are 15+ cars deep. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, so it dampers the atmosphere of relaxing in your car while you wait. Though, this seems to be a theme at every location I've been to as they are very popular. Even with the mix-up, the food was still fresh and tasted great. The burgers were made well, and you can't really beat how consistent their quality usually is. The employees stayed friendly the whole time, which made a big difference. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that matters--and they made it right. I'd still come back again.
