What a perfect environment to host Plant Bingo! Jen and her crew from Chapman Crafted made sure we had everything needed for a fun afternoon of Plant Bingo! Everyone had fun and walked away a plant winner!

This TV is massive, the photo doesn't do it justice.

Been here several times before. Met the owner, Randy before at another bar in Fullerton and he was a really cool guy, so I like to support businesses who have cool owners. Beer is always consistent. Please make your West Coast Pilsner again, it was delicious. The person working the counter yesterday said there are no plans to make it again. They took out the ping pong table inside, which is another bummer. But they put up this huge 200inch TV on the wall that looks amazing.

For me personally the IPAs fell a little flat on flavor. The pale was my favorite. My boyfriend got the fruity beers and I found those more enjoyable. I have had the kool kids out in town and love that beer. The tart peach wheat ale was delicious!!! Even though I have my option about the IPAs I still found beer to take home to WA with me:) Also the venue is amazing! Massive spot with so many games. If I loved here this is a hang out spot for sure!

We came in during chili fair at Old Towne Orange on a Saturday. It was packed with people, the atmosphere was so lively. The line to get beers was long but it moved rather fast. We liked double IPAs and barrel aged Stouts. The staff and crowds were so friendly. Everybody was in a good mood and we had a great time as well!

I just had my 40th Birthday Party here and it couldn't have gone more perfect. Jen Gonzalez, the event coordinator for the brewery, facilitated the event with great communication and even better execution. I don't even think my party would have been able to happen without her cooperation and the staff's service. They were all incredibly accommodating and friendly. I had about a 150 guests and I rented the outdoor patio which was just the right amount of space. We had our own private bar and the beer options were fantastic. Our own caterers were allowed, and we pretty much were given carte blanche with the decorations and entertainment, so it felt very personal. Jen helped us plan the geography of the party and the flow of the night was very smooth because of it. All my attendees repeatedly told me how perfect the space was for the party. In fact they told me it was one of the best parties they've ever been to if not the best. I cannot rave enough about how well it went and I will never forget this evening thanks in part to Chapman Crafted and their team.

I was here for the first annual chili cookoff. It was a blast. There were 15 or so cooks. A couple only entered people's choices, so judges didn't get to try theirs. They have several craft beers brewed on site. You can get them on tap or in cans to take home. They have a few TV's, games like Jenga, Corn hole and others. Food isn't served here, but they get food trucks. Being close to many restaurants, you can walk to one of them to get your food. This is a cool place to have a few brewskis with your friends.

Ask the Community - Chapman Crafted Beer

Do you serve any non alcoholic beer?

I don't believe there are any NA beer options, but there are NA options available.

A:Thanks for the responses, we brought our puppy on leash last night! Q:Are dogs allowed?

Yes. When I was there many patrons had their dogs with them.

Is there food available? Maybe a food truck on weekends?

A majority of the time there's a truck there. If not, there's food a 2 min walk away that's also great.

Hey Happy Saturday- wondering if you guys are hiring at all for weekends? Thanks!

It looks nice in here, there are lots of TVs and they had every imaginable sports game on when we were there. The chairs were so comfy! I was very pleased with the seating. Our waitress was really nice, but she was swamped with some very needy tables, so I think she did her best with us. He had one of their light beers and said it was ok. I had the Yuzu Lychee hard seltzer, wasn't a fan. It tasted more like apple juice to me, I didn't finish it. I had the Bodega Sando that has scrambled eggs, a hash brown patty, bacon, "spicy" sauce, and is served with house potatoes. I really liked my sandwich and the potatoes! I didn't find the spicy sauce to have a hint of heat though, I was fine with it. He had the Turkey ABC sandwich with bacon, lettuce, avocado, and pepper jack cheese, served with chips. I liked my meal better, but he enjoyed it. We do want to come back, he wants to try their burgers, I want to try the Brunchcuterie board which sounds really unique and tasty. We'll make it a point to visit again soon!

One of the beers we got is the Tropical Hideaway, which really reminds me of the pineapple Dole whip at Disneyland. It's a smoothie-style beer with lots of tropical flavor. Tons of tables outside to hang out, and when we went there was a food truck with great smash burgers outside. And the bartenders are super knowledgeable about the beer -- we got some great recs. Lastly, they sell canned beer to take home. I got the She Shot First IPA (which has a very Rosie the Riveter meets Star Wars vibe), and it was phenomenal. The selection is solid and the quality is consistently high -- I highly recommend the beers themselves. That said, I can't give 5 stars after a recent visit. I ordered an $8 beer, opened a tab, and then had to leave unexpectedly right after (didn't even get to drink it). I assumed any unclosed tab would default to a standard 20% tip. Instead, I was charged $14.16 total , which works out to roughly a 68% tip on the beer. I understand that open tabs are annoying for the staff, and things happen. But when you don't have a working phone or aren't given the chance to close out, a nearly 70% automatic charge feels excessive. A clearer policy or lower default gratuity on abandoned tabs would go a long way. Plenty of great beer options in SoCal, so this definitely stings. Hoping they reconsider the approach.

Now they've got some really fun stuff going on here. There's this family of food trucks that lives in the lot, and they're serving up some scrumptious snacks...well not even just snacks.
