Your basic bar! Has a good indoor and outdoor space for private events. The tap list is very beer/IPA forward so not great if you usually go towards seltzers or hard ciders. I went on a night they had a pizza food truck. Be prepared because we got there 6:30 pm before the rush and our pizza still took 40 minutes! Only one guy on the pizza truck and one oven. TLDR: A big brewery that screams "Host a party here". The drink options are fine, but you are dependent on the food truck at the back for anything that can be considered food, unless chips count. Ube Coconut Seltzer: What do you expect when you read the menu and order something called "Ube Coconut Seltzer"? You expect the flavor profile to be precisely what the item is called. This is one of those cases. I'm yet to consume enough ube to truly understand what the gold standard is, but I know enough that I can sense the ube in the drink. The same can't be said with the coconut, since 80% of what I tasted in the drink is coconut. The texture is consistent with most seltzers, except that it has elements of light creaminess, as if hints of coconut milk were added. It's sweet but you feel the kick of the alcohol, and it's something I wouldn't question if I found in an upscale Asian fusion restaurant. I'm impressed that a brewery produced this. Service: I ordered, paid, asked for water, and got a seat. Nothing different from all the other establishments. Ambiance: I enjoy big spaces in breweries because they welcome bigger groups and multiple small groups that help create that social space ambiance. You get a couple of chair and table options (high, bar, normal), and the multiple TVs showing different things is a nice cherry on top. read more

We chose Brewheim to host our wedding reception. We were able to book the entire brewery and it turned out amazing. Samantha was incredible at communicating with us until the day of and telling us what we were able to bring ourselves. We ended up paying for an open bar so our guests can enjoy whatever they wanted and it ended up being the perfect night. Went for the first time for the `theology on tap' event and it was great! They host this event every month, so you should look into it! The place only really has drinks, but it has a pizza truck in the back (idk if this is always or for certain events). You can tell the drinks are high quality and well brewed. Trivia nights are great here. Sadly I just don't love their beer. It's not bad but "just okay" for this craft beer fan. They have food trucks many nights and offer soda cans and NA beer for those that prefer that. Staff are always friendly. Space is large so great to hang out with large tables for sizable groups. Brewheim is a great spot! Not only is it a fantastic craft brew location they also are animal friendly. I know they advertise that they are dog friendly, but they also host cat adoption events with my favorite cat charity. I just think that's amazing. They have a great rotating tap with a mix of interesting seasonal flavors and solid staples, so there is always something good to drink. ​Logistics-wise, it's a great setup. Our guests said that we had THE BEST baby shower they've ever seen! Thanks to Samantha and her team, the baby shower was a hit. We used one of Samantha's chosen pizza caterers which was amazing. We had a surprise 50th bday party at Brewheim last night. The coordinator, Samantha, was fantastic. She worked with me for several days on the set up of the party. She was extremely responsive and made everything really easy. During the party, the server Lisa was equally fantastic. We got our beers quickly, she cleaned during the party and then cleaned up after. She finally kicked us out at 10pm as they were closed. The beers, the service and the facilty were all top notch. ALL of the staff are phenomenal and make it a place you want to be. They do a great job of having food trucks available (as they are not a restaurant) and have a great variety of options throughout the week. I came into Brewheim for the first time last week and it did not disappoint. I came in a little later in the night after the Angel game. Although it was pretty busy, Sam, the bartender, still was able to help me pick a beer since I've never tried any of them. She offered me a small taste of a few beers before I committed to one which I really appreciated. Nothing is worse than being recommended a drink then it not being your thing I'm generally not a sour beer drinker but their pretty in pink sour is SO GOOD. It tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher. Came here for a mid-day beer on a Saturday and was really impressed. It's kind of hidden, tucked behind a complex on Katella Ave. we went around 2 on Saturday, so there was plenty of seating. I had a Hazy IPA, my lady had a Pale Ale, and we split a Hibiscus seltzer, which was actually our favorite. They often have rotating food trucks, and we got lucky with some delicious pizza. Love the vibes at this brewery! We came here spontaneously since Golden Road down the street was overcrowded the night of an Angels game. I really wanted a Belgian but the "Go Bananas" was very banana-y. The POG was delicious though. It just so happen that it was the same night as Beer Magic - basically got a mini Magic Castle experience (literally had one of the close-up magicians I saw there) for free! Apparently they host comics too, will definitely return in the future. The parking lot can get pretty crowded once the night gets going. This location is large, with a good looking design, with lots of seating in different areas of the brewery. All of the draft beer here is easy drinking. For craft beer people, everything is generally low on the IBU scale (no hop bombs for dank IPA fans). While none of the beer here is experimental or super unique, if you're looking to have a chill time with a variety of beers, explore the draft beer menu. The Culturas OC food truck was the dinner option the night we were drinking here. While Brewheim doesn't have their own kitchen, Culturas tacos and burgers REALLY hit the spot. Like seriously, the way they did cheese on the tacos and the beast fries is something else. Also, Brewheim has a full schedule of things going on at the brewery. From trivia nights, to live music, magicians from the Magic Castle (like, serious magicians that will make you believe in magic), and other random events, Brewheim has reasons to come back. PROPS: Such a great venue, with lots of reasons to keep visiting for specific weekly events, or to experience something new on different days of the week. We had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday at Brewheim! We worked with Samantha to coordinate everything and she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful with every question i had. The beer was great and the beer-tenders were very nice and knowledgeable of their drinks. We reserved the lounge for our party. It was semi-private and a great mix of comfortable couches and high top tables so guests could choose their ambiance. The food truck available was Vinegar and Smoke and their bbq did not disappoint.
