For me personally the IPAs fell a little flat on flavor. The pale was my favorite. My boyfriend got the fruity beers and I found those more enjoyable. I have had the kool kids out in town and love that beer. The tart peach wheat ale was delicious!!! Even though I have my option about the IPAs I still found beer to take home to WA with me:) Also the venue is amazing! Massive spot with so many games. If I loved here this is a hang out spot for sure!

We came in during chili fair at Old Towne Orange on a Saturday. It was packed with people, the atmosphere was so lively. The line to get beers was long but it moved rather fast. We liked double IPAs and barrel aged Stouts. The staff and crowds were so friendly. Everybody was in a good mood and we had a great time as well!

I just had my 40th Birthday Party here and it couldn't have gone more perfect. Jen Gonzalez, the event coordinator for the brewery, facilitated the event with great communication and even better execution. I don't even think my party would have been able to happen without her cooperation and the staff's service. They were all incredibly accommodating and friendly. I had about a 150 guests and I rented the outdoor patio which was just the right amount of space. We had our own private bar and the beer options were fantastic. Our own caterers were allowed, and we pretty much were given carte blanche with the decorations and entertainment, so it felt very personal. Jen helped us plan the geography of the party and the flow of the night was very smooth because of it. All my attendees repeatedly told me how perfect the space was for the party. In fact they told me it was one of the best parties they've ever been to if not the best. I cannot rave enough about how well it went and I will never forget this evening thanks in part to Chapman Crafted and their team.

I was here for the first annual chili cookoff. It was a blast. There were 15 or so cooks. A couple only entered people's choices, so judges didn't get to try theirs. They have several craft beers brewed on site. You can get them on tap or in cans to take home. They have a few TV's, games like Jenga, Corn hole and others. Food isn't served here, but they get food trucks. Being close to many restaurants, you can walk to one of them to get your food. This is a cool place to have a few brewskis with your friends.

Since we're locals to Orange and met @ the Circle - we could not think of anywhere else to have our Wedding Reception than @ Chapman. Jen was our Coordinator who was amazing and structured our vision to a T. She was very thorough in discussing details, provided so many options for us regarding catering & even decor! The day of the wedding, those who were Onsite accommodated our crew to make everything seamless and w/o hiccups. The bartenders were great, the food was fantastic, the beers were beer'in & our guests had a wonderful time! From a Bride standpoint who didn't invest in a wedding coordinator; Jen communicated everything perfectly and I was absolutely stress free. I can't thank her enough for helping Us, in making the vibe we envisioned for our Big Day, come to life! Salud!

Great selection of craft beer. Big open area to sit and play games like giant Jenga or cornhole. Dog friendly.

Ask the Community - Chapman Crafted Beer

Do you serve any non alcoholic beer?

I don't believe there are any NA beer options, but there are NA options available.

A:Thanks for the responses, we brought our puppy on leash last night! Q:Are dogs allowed?

Yes. When I was there many patrons had their dogs with them.

Is there food available? Maybe a food truck on weekends?

A majority of the time there's a truck there. If not, there's food a 2 min walk away that's also great.

Hey Happy Saturday- wondering if you guys are hiring at all for weekends? Thanks!

They get 5 stars anyway, because they kept the order lines moving, were relaxed and engaging, and have outstanding beers. On a normal day, there's patio seating and plenty of seating inside. The fact they were so busy should tell you that they are a comfortable player in the local beer scene. You'll like it here.

Everywhere brewery is a nice spot for social gatherings and tasty beer!…read more It was my first time visiting this brewery and I was impressed with the tastiness of the beer. The brewery offers beer, seltzers and sours with beer ranges of dark stouts to IPA's. I ordered the "Tomorrow's Bloom" Sour and the "Somewhere Since" Lightish Beer and both were awesome. The sour has a delicious blend of fruit flavors and is as expected sour - for someone who likes sours (me) I would definitely recommend this one. The Somewhere Since is a light beer, but has some depth of flavor. Great try for 5.9% ABV. The brewery has 1 stout which runs at a higher ABV level and can only be ordered in one cute glass size (just a heads up). I' not a Hazy lover myself but I had a couple friends (who are Hazy lovers) order the Hazy that they absolutely did not like (another heads up here). The facility itself is cozy with limited seating and dining options so be prepared to arrive early to snag seats. I went on a Friday night, and it was busy with multiple people standing. The staff overall was very nice and made sure to clear empty glasses and wipe tables quickly. The brewery does not offer food options, but there was a food stand right next to it that was selling Filipino food. The brewery does, however, sell small bar food snacks like pretzels. The spicy pretzels were delicious!

It can get pretty busy, especially during playoff games, but that's part of the appeal. The energy is fun and lively, making it a great place to hang out and catch a game with friends. Overall, even with the crowds, it's a spot I'd still suggest checking out if you're looking for good food and a great sports-watching atmosphere.

I got really lucky and snagged a random open spot just in time in our most recent visit. I always think that Brewery X only has their famous Huckleberry seltzer because it's everywhere and their main one. We did enjoy their Cactus Cooler version (I think it might be called the succulent supper?) at home recently in a can. During this event I tried the pomegranate apple Seltzer and their Baja supper seltzer and both were delicious. They used to just have pizza and another visiting food truck, but now they have visiting food trucks and their very own with tons of food ranging from pizza, to baked potatoes, chicken tenders, smash burgers, fried pickles, the list goes on. I was absolutely blown away by how tasty their chicken tenders were. We will have to make it a point to come back here more often, probably early in the day, lol.

Noble Ale Works: A True Anaheim Beer Pillar…read more Noble Ale Works is a cornerstone of the Orange County craft beer scene, and they are essential viewing for anyone visiting Anaheim, especially if you're catching a game nearby. This spot consistently delivers world-class, expertly brewed beers in a laid-back, industrial-chic setting. You absolutely have to try their famous Naughty Sauce, a Golden Milk Stout that is surprisingly light in color but rich in flavor, infused with coffee--it's creamy and incredibly unique. If you're an IPA fan, you can't go wrong with anything from their highly-regarded Showers Series or the classic Big Whig IPA; they are hop-forward, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is excellent, with plenty of seating both inside and out. Since they don't have their own kitchen, they frequently host a variety of local food trucks, which keeps the food options fresh and exciting (check their social media for the day's vendor). The staff is super knowledgeable and always happy to guide you through their extensive tap list, which also features great seltzers and lagers for those looking for something lighter. Whether you're a serious beer connoisseur or just looking for a fun spot to grab a pint, Noble Ale Works is a mandatory stop in Orange County.

They were all out of glasses so they served my beer in a plastic cup. $10 for a beer in a plastic cup is too high unless I'm in a stadium or watching a concert.
