Synth Beer was in a heavily trafficked area with a difficult parking lot! There were other things nearby which we made a little pit stop here and there. Upon walking in, we were already amazed with the theme and decor. We came up to the beertenders to look at the menu and noticed we had limited options. They didn't have an IPA so I opted for the West Coast Pilsner called "Damn you, Gravity". Not many words were exchanged between me and the beertender. We took a seat in the back. Took a sip of the beer and I can't say that I was amazed. I'm a west coast fan and lover of hops, but I wasn't loving it. I think I will have to come back. Their menu had a "coming soon" sign on an IPA, and I think that will have to be my calling to try this place again.

I have been loving this place! It is the perfect brewery, that always has a rotating cocktail inspired beverage for those of us that don't like beer (me). I got the lychee martini recently and it was so good! Very much on the sweet side though. They also have seltzers and hard iced tea along with the plethora of beer options. The prices here are really good, I think my drink was around $8. The beers are around this price too and cheaper. The ambience inside is cute and eclectic. We have been coming here for date night for a couple drinks and playing cards. It is on the smaller side with not a ton of seating, so I wouldn't recommend for super large groups over like 6 people. Also so fun when they have a food stand outside! Service is also super friendly. Will continue to go back here.

Beer is delicious. I had the Uncle Jessie and a Laser. The people working were super nice and the decorations and design of the bar were cool. I'm coming back.

What a great spot! They fixed the issues of the previous brewery! The beer is good! The location is rad, with shag carpet on the wall! Highly recommend stopping by, especially cause green cheek is across the street! Two for one action.

I went to Synth Beer Co yesterday for the first time. I really enjoyed all the beers I had and it's difficult to tell you my favorite because they were all 10/10. I will be back soon!

Honestly, this spot is such a solid addition to the Randolph strip--feels way less chaotic than some of the bigger spots nearby. The music theme isn't just a gimmick, the playlist was actually good and the whole "living instrument" vibe makes sense once you're inside. I tried the Shamone hazy IPA and it was super juicy without being heavy, but my friend wouldn't shut up about the Lazer Lager, which was surprisingly crisp for a craft place. They don't have a kitchen, but the food truck out front (I think it was tacos that night?) was perfect. Definitely a chill place to hang if you want good beer without fighting for a table.

Laura Matt Mitch and Max are all so nice and welcoming. Super cool environment and a fun menu. I love the drink variety and choices, and they have some fun sodie pops if you don't drink :). The names of the drinks are also very cute me think. 10/10 I have included this place in my laps hehehe

    Lazer Lager. Excellent taste!

One of the best all Nelson hopped WCIPA's I've had a while. I'm going to keep an eye on this brewery.

Does Synth Beer have food trucks on property?

They have food trucks sometimes. As they are expanding hours they have them more and more often. But there are many food options close by, and they don't mind if you bring food in.

There are indoor high tables and outdoor bench tables under a lighted tent. Ample seating, metal chairs. Nice women's restroom (FYI the faucet on the left doesn't turn off. They have a bunch of games for you to borrow, enjoy, and return. They have a pretty fun collection of beers, some with interesting names; plus some non alcoholic ones (such as Athletic). They provide the alcohol content for each and you can taste before ordering. Alas, two of us were there for the fellowship and don't like beer. For us, there was a refrigerator with a variety of sodas, a mineral water, and an apple juice. There's also a water dispenser with cups if you prefer. Sorry, no ice, but if you grab a can or bottled beverage, you can ask for a glass, and the cashier found a straw for me as well.

The IPAs were excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and well-crafted. Great variety, too. Whether you like something hazy and juicy or a more classic, hop-forward profile, they've got you covered. Everything I tried was balanced and easy to drink. The bartender was fantastic -- knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely engaging without being over the top. You can tell they care about what they're pouring and about the people sitting at the bar. The overall vibe is just right -- a chill environment where you can relax, have a real conversation, and enjoy quality beer without any pretense. I ended up having some great conversations with good people, which made the stop even better. If you're in Orange County and appreciate solid IPAs and a laid-back atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

It's set up nicely to hang out, and I could see it being a great spot when the weather's nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes a visit better. Pricing is affordable compared to some spots, though I'd say it's still a little high for a brewery. Nothing mind-bogglingly shocking, but worth noting. Heads up tho: there's no food served here, but they've got options nearby if you get hungry. I didn't mind since I was just there for the drinks. I tried a few things and was pleasantly surprised. All the seltzers tasted great. Every one of them. Crisp, flavorful, and refreshing. The fresh peach seltzer was my favorite of the day. The strawberry blonde was also worth a try too; smooth and easy drinking. Major bonus points for being dog-friendly. They were so accommodating to patrons with pups, and it's clear they've put thought into making the space welcoming for everyone. It was near completely empty when I visited (Monday afternoon/evening), which made for a chill experience, but I could tell this place probably gets busy during weekends or holidays. Wouldn't mind coming back with a group when there's more energy.

Toasted bun, melted cheese draped properly, solid build integrity. Structurally, it's a well composed burger. But here's the honest take. The patty itself felt like it was holding back. The texture was good juicy enough, cooked properly yet the flavor didn't quite punch the way you expect from a brewery burger. It needed more salt, maybe a stronger sear, maybe even a blend with a bit more fat to bring depth. Right now, it tastes safe. And a place known for bold craft beer shouldn't serve a safe burger. The cheese and toppings carried more personality than the beef did. Every bite had balance, but not enough edge. A sharper cheddar, a house-made sauce with some acidity, or even a slightly more aggressive seasoning profile would elevate it from "good" to "I'm coming back for this." That said, it's not a bad burger. It's dependable. It just hasn't stepped fully into its potential. In a brewery setting where flavor is the brand, the cheeseburger should taste like it belongs next to a flagship IPA not like it's auditioning for it. Room for improvement? Definitely. Foundation to build on? Absolutely
