The beers are generally drinkable and approachable, but when you compare them to some of the genuinely great craft breweries around Orange County, I find the quality and creativity pretty average. To me, Brewery X feels like a brewery that became popular because they're exceptionally good at marketing themselves, rather than because the beer demanded that kind of attention.
