The new doctor was not very professional. Dr. Burke Frei. He does not engage in any conversation or banter and comes across as very cold and impersonal. I was not happy with the two minutes he spent looking at my teeth. Dr. Perno is long gone and his replacement is the polar opposite (in all ways). Things have gone downhill here due to high turnover. The only remaining bright spot is Janice the hygenist, but she is not enough to make me return to this facility. She was always friendly and does a great job. The new front desk lady ( Brianna) screwed up my appointment time after we had just confirmed it over the phone. There is no reason to return here. read more

Was told I would need a level three deep clean which would require numbing and a month long recovery for my gums (and I'm pregnant). I thought this was weird because I consistently go every 6 months for a cleaning and bone health for my teeth looks good on the X-rays. The hygienist told me my gums were at level 5s and 6s for inflammation and was very rough when she was poking. I felt like she was trying to hurt me. And then said "yea we would have to numb you otherwise it's gonna be too painful for you." I had never been told that or had someone that rough and I've been to a lot of dental offices because of moving. Luckily, I had enough sense to get a second opinion and went to a different dental office who told me it was just a regular level 1 cleaning I needed and she was very thorough and gentle. Gums aren't bleeding anymore and cleaning cost me $99, instead of $190 she was trying to charge me. Giving 2 stars just cuz the dentist at least had a nice bedside manner. read more

Dr. Kennedy is an outstanding dentist, he's got a wonderful chairside manner - I really felt at ease and I hate going to the dentist! But he's patient, he answered my questions, made sure that I knew and understood everything that was going into my treatment plan and what was needed to be taken care of now and what could wait a little bit, because let's face it, dental work isn't cheap. I was not a patient, and I woke up with a screaming toothache. They scheduled me for an appointment the same day. They said that they would never leave somebody in pain. So, I got lost going there. I called to let them know I was on the way. "No problem!" When I showed up late, it was "No problem" again! A short wait and I was in and out. So, I'll be a customer for life! P.S. Sr kennedy and his staff told me my insurance would cover the treatment and afterwards I got a bill for $8000. The doctor did not do the work correctly and I had to have my teeth redone. their office has not returned ohone calls to discuss the bill. they are very unprofessional. read more
