One son only needed them for a year for a crossbite of molars and the other for two years for a mild underbite. Very happy with the outcome. The staff has been nothing but patient, polite and respectful of my children who have special needs including one with autism. My children were always happy to go to every appointment. As a young adult getting braces for the second time, I really wanted to make sure I found the right place this time and I'm so happy I found Robison Orthodontics! There were a few small issues when I first got my braces on but Reed went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and everything was fixed properly. Sascha is great and always works around my crazy schedule and is always so welcoming. I had some anxiety going to a new clinical assistant each appointment until I found Brianna and she is great! She is very knowledgeable and I feel much more comfortable going to her each time now! Dr. Blake and Dr. Tyler are also great! I have 9 kids, and we have been coming here with our kids since 2007! We have referred many people to Robison Orthodontics because of the exquisite care they give to every client, child or adult. For 16 years, I have watched them cater to my kids with fun activities from winter carnivals complete with snow to throw snow balls, face painting, breakfast and bounce houses, to monthly contests for fun prizes. It doesn't matter if you are an adult, teen or younger child like my little one who needs some early intervention to help with spacing, Robison Orthodontics is more than capable of even the most challenging cases. My oldest had a tooth that wouldn't descend. They knew exactly which oral surgeon to send him to. They saved him from having to do an implant by attaching a bracket and chain placed on the tooth with a chain wrapped around the wire, and in no time at all, that tooth was in its place. Nothing is too hard or complicated for these talented brothers. Shout out to my favorite orthodontist assistant, Bri, who has made this transition for my little one so gentle and easy. She was terrified at first, but Bri was so kind, patient, and caring with her!! Now, she looks forward to going to see Bri! So much talent here!! read more

They need a better "bucks" system. They have these advertisements for different promotions example: "pic with the bus" or "costume events" but they don't keep track of the participants. We took a picture with the bus, didn't get a xtra bucks and wear the T-Shirt every visit... extra bucks? No. If your not going to keep track, simple, don't offer it. I hate asking for these extra bucks, because when you do... you get questioned or given attitude. read more
