This week we visited many times, though not by choice. Daughter's retainer was bothering her, so we scheduled her in to take a look and possibly adjust it. After adjusting, it was bothering her more than usual, so we went back. They were very good about getting us back in the same day just a few hours later. She was fine, however that night one of the wires popped out. We weren't able to get through on the emergency number, so we had to cut the wire out ourselves, unfortunately. When I phoned the next day, we set up the appointment to get my daughter re-fitted for another retainer. They had no idea what happened (sometimes things just pop, I get that). They were SO very apologetic and great about everything! They took care of it all with no trouble, and even gave us a little goodie bag for all of our back and forth and the extra mouth pain my daughter endured. I absolutely love this place. The service is impeccable, and they take great care of their patients. I would recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic care. read more

Dr Robison and his staff blew me away! I scheduled a 2nd opinion consult with him for my son after a quote from Gentle Dental (that supposedly included a deep discount for my insurance that is only accepted there). They knew they were a 2nd opinion and refused to look at my original quote, suggesting it be a surprise reveal for fun after our tour and consult. That alone impressed me with their integrity- I literally offered the folder I was given from Gentle Dental with the quote inside and they refused to even look at it! After pulling up to a personalized (with our name!) parking space welcoming us, I saw all the flashy displays, the whole tiki hut vibe, the computers to play with in the waiting room, the free slushies with coffee and tea bar, the incentive wall, the FUN and wondered how much bigger the price tag would be than my "deeply discounted rate" from my bare bones provider. Then the charismatic Dr Robison tells me that he can do everything for my son that I'd been told would be needed by Gentle Dental except that he said it could all be done in one year (includes widening his upper palate simultaneously with braces, rather than sequentially) instead of 2 years plus includes a permanent upper retainer not included in the original quote. Again, my heart sank looking around at everything as I wondered how much more money this supreme luxury must cost. And then I saw it. Only $82 more than my "deeply discounted rate" with a provider that only has an orthodontist onsite one day per week therefore limited hours and days for appointments plus wanted to take twice as long (one full extra year!) to do the same job. I almost cried. The difference for my son is that he will get his braces off at the beginning of his senior year of high school rather than his first year of college and we get a luxury, Cadillac orthodontic experience with some of the nicest people I've met! Every single person was smiling and friendly at 7 o'clock at night! I signed a contract on the spot, they put spacers on his back teeth and he walked out with a really cool T-shirt and electric toothbrush. I am absolutely blown away by Dr Robison and his staff and am so glad I found him guess where? Right here on Yelp!!! read more

I finally get to experience first hand the great care and attention they provide their patients. The doctor was inconstant contact with my dentist to make sure the proper extractions were done prior to my placement if braces. From the moment we went in for a consult, the staff has been nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. The staff and Dr. Tyler Robison took the time to meet us and get to know my daughter and well as explain the personalized benefits of orthodontic care. We didn't feel rushed with our questions or the visit, which was really nice since this was a big decision. I admit I felt a little overwhelmed on my daughter's initial visit to get the braces but everyone, again, was really helpful and they were extremely thorough in explaining good dental care with braces and what to do. Worst customer service ever! My husband was allergic to his braces and unfortunately had to take the braces he got off within the week. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They took our money even after we got the braces off. They will not refund us the money back and payments are recurring and being taken still. The fire time we went in the boys were begging us to do their braces there (I would say that is some pretty good marketing, which I can appreciate!). I was a little apprehensive about taking my little cutie pie to an orthodontist so early in his age. But after talking to Dr. Robison, he assured us that my son would only need a minor fix-up and follow-ups until we know for sure if he needed braces in the future. He didn't push anything on us, which is what I liked. Dr. Robison and his staff are so acommodating and really strive to have impeccable service that is lacking in this type of industry. We've been here several times and they're pretty consistant. The wonderfully decorated and comfortable waiting room was geared towards children, who in fact, all seem at ease at this orthodontic office! There's usually a movie playing, a couple of iPads and Wii games for them to past the time while waiting. The only caveat is how to get your children out of there. read more

My son has been seeing Dr Robison for about a year and a half now. The first year he wasn't ready for braces so the Dr. monitored his progress until his teeth were ready. Once in braces the entire staff has been so supportive. This is not our first child in braces, this is number 5 but the first time with Dr. Robinson (we recently moved from California) so we knew what to expect. We have been so happy with the care and support we've received. Our son is not the best at brushing or following the general rules given about taking care of his braces. The entire staff is so wonderful and supportive and helpful when getting the kids motivated to care for their teeth. They are always very kind and caring and willing to take time to show the patients what they need to do to help their teeth. They really care about the patients and it shows. The office is always clean and everyone is always happy and wearing a smile. There's always happy, upbeat music playing and a movie for the little ones to watch. Nearly a year later and STILL have had many challenges with this office. They have consistently been difficult to deal with on the financial end of things and yes, I have dealt with many of the individuals in the office including the office manager, who I was supposed to receive a return call from a week ago and haven't heard back. I was very impressed with this orthodontics office. They were very friendly as soon as you walk in, there's no real wait time. I liked that they show you the whole office including the child patient. They explain everything from what the problem is to the treatment plan. I also like how they give the patient incentives to be involved in caring for their own braces. I can't imagine any business doing a better job with customer service and friendliness. I hate the dentist visits but actually look forward to going to Robison every time. The prices are pretty good, I did some shopping around, the place is spotless and they bend over backwards to accommodate any issues you may have with appointments, emergencies happen, three times for me and they hooked me up each time with an alternate time. The Dr.s are great, and Lynn and Trisha are amazing, they are like family. I got Invisaligns, being an adult the metal was not for me, it went pretty well, the timeframe was a bit longer than I had expected, but well worth it, my teeth are perfect now. The decor in the facility is really cool Hawaiian surf theme. They do tons of promos for their patients and give away movie tickets and iPads for simply following the program and brushing your teeth. The kids that are in there are obviously very happy to visit. They have iPads and video games in the waiting area along with a movie playing on a big screen. I have referred several friends, they will all receive $100 off for simply mentioning my name, and so do I, pretty sweet. I am now done with my treatment and am honestly sad that I will no longer be visiting.. Need braces? Go here for sure!!! read more
