" Top Notch Ortho Office! Dr. Chamberlain and his staff are wonderful. We intially chose Chamberlain Orthodontics because of Dr. Chamberlain's conservative approach to treatment. Now that we've been patients for over 2 years, we have many more reasons we endorse this practice. Dr. Chamberlain is very friendly and approachable. He is always willing to explain treatment to both the patient and the parent. His staff is much the same way. The girls in the back greet the patient with a smile. We currently do not have a child in braces, but Dr. Chamberlain is monitoring two of our children on a routine basis with the same high quality of care. It would be easy for an orthodontic office to push premature treatment or rush you through appointments if they are not providing direct treatment. This is not the case. Our complimentary consultation appointments yield the same friendly service. The first time I went into Dr. Chamberlain's was for my consultation. During the consult I got choked up a bit and teared up. Changing something you've hated about yourself for your whole life is incredibly daunting for an adult. Since then, Dr. Chamberlain and his team have worked with the utmost professionalism and heart to make sure that every visit has a smile on my face. I am just thrilled with Dr. Chamberlain and all of the staff at Chamberlain Orthodontics. My daughter, Julia, has already completed her 2 years of treatment, and my son Colin is just getting started. My daughter hates having people touch her mouth, which made the entire braces process difficult for her. Dr. Chamberlain and the entire staff were super patient with her through the entire process, even though she was not an easy patient by any means. Dr. Chamberlain met with us yesterday to go over my son Colin's treatment plan and he really made Colin feel like part of the process. He talked directly to him about the 'why' and the 'how' of the orthodontics process. Colin feels very comfortable and is even looking forward to the process. " WOW! Greeted from the start with friendly hellos and beautiful smiles. That friendliness and warmth lasted the entire visit- with my son being the primary focus! So often- doctors make the mistake of speaking only to the parent- not the patient! Everything was on time and we went even further in the first visit than we could have expected- getting spacers! Any fear or discomfort was immediately removed by the staff and Dr. Chamberlain himself. Chamberlain orthodontics made me smile again. For years I was embarrassed of my smile and bite. Dr Young and Dr Chamberlain prepared me for my double jaw surgery. They understood my special case and worked very closely with my oral surgeon to give me the great smile I have today. Dr young is very professional and a perfectionist. I would avoid this orthodontist. Customer service was ok at first but things took a turn for the worst. We can never get the appointment day or times that we need for our school and work schedules. Communication is lost and treatment results were not as promised. Keep shopping! read more
